Excellent location; great amenities.

I have not stayed at many hotels but based on my sons reactions this was the best stay ever for him, he’s asking me when can we do it again and he’s been in many hotels being in the military. Thanks for my best hotel experience so far.

Great location, friendly professional staff, super clean room!

This was a great place for us to stay that enabled us to really enjoy the walkability of beautifully improved downtown Greenville. The staff was very helpful in suggesting ways to navigate our way around the downtown area. We also very much appreciate the hotel being pet-friendly. The only thing we didn't like is how expensive parking at the hotel is, which we know is true of many hotels in urban areas. Honestly no hotels should be allowed to charge their guests more than a minor fee to park. Its a true insult to people who are paying to stay in those places.

The room and location were very good. We’ve stayed here previously. Only issue was key cards not working twice. Breakfast being served until 9:00 didn’t work out too well for us this time. We would defray here again, though.

Very nice place. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly but didn't know a lot about the city. Mini frig leaked water. But over all very nice place to stay close to walk to a lot of things to see.

Location to Main Street, decor, bedding is extremely comfortable, rooms are very clean, and breakfas is nice.

I was staying in the room alone and the staff accidentally assigned him to my room where I was sleeping and scared me and him to death. It could have been a dangerous situation and they said they would comp my stay, but they only comped one night.
