Absolutely gorgeous, right out of a fairy tale. Location was perfect. Close to restaurants, shops walking/biking trail. I would definitely recommend going there if you can it’s worth it.

Staff was fabulous! Property beautiful!
-
Beautiful hotel with all the amenities! Large rooms and bathrooms, great coffee maker and steamer for clothes. Beautiful views outside of restaurant. Will definitely return!
-
The air conditioner units were very near this room (139) and were extremely noisy. They cycled (started up) every 10 to 12 minutes. Sounded like a jet motor cranking up. Notified the front desk twice with no assistance whatsoever

Very disappointed in management. They ignored my phone call and asking for a call back.
-
Nice property that is extremely well located relative to downtown Greenville. Staff and facilities were first rate but I found the decor slightly tacky.

It was amazing! Check in took a while though. Everyone was waiting around in the lobby for their rooms. We got ours just before 4 pm -which was tight for our 5:30 pm event.
