Everything was nice

Only perk was the location. The entrance was unmanned. No one there to assist with luggage no cart. Day of departure employee was outside smoking. Again no one manning the entrance. We declined housekeeping first day. On the second I directly spoke to a housekeeper and asked for trash to be removed and towels replenished and that was all we needed. Nothing was done. When we left trash was overflowing and we had no clean towels. I used a hand towel for drying off. Staff were not welcoming and accommodating. Virtually saw no one except check in staff and they were on their cell phones. Attendant in breakfast ate was pleasant and vet efficient. Food at Up on the Roof was horrible. No one was friendly. Layout of hotel was plain weird. Had to take a separate elevator from lobby to entrance. For what we paid all combined was unacceptable. We stayed at cheaper hotels in that area that had much better service. Will not stay there again. Expected so much for what we paid.

Everything was great from check-in to checkout. The staff was amazing.

The welcoming/informative staff. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The balcony view was great. There wasn't anything disappointing about my stay

Great location and hotel staff. Breakfast servers were helpful, but restaurant-bar staff would benefit from hospitality training. Room was tired and smelled like dogs.

We had no issues during our stay and will definitely stay in the future!

Parking tight for big truck but valet was great

Nice room, very clean. Staff and amenities great overall. Elevator from lobby to garage broken. Breakfast omelets horrible, big chunks of onion, tomato, etc.
