We stayed two nights, but our room was never cleaned. I could tell they did an average job of cleaning before we arrived because when we came in I found used earbuds on the floor by the sofa. Behind our bed was a lady’s thong and trash. On the second night, they came and refilled the drinks and candy, but never took out the trash or clean the room at all. Also, on the second night, I text the front desk because one of our neighbors was smoking marijuana and you could smell it extremely strong throughout the entire hall now. Their dog kept scratching on the door too and everyone could hear it. Property was ok but serious cleanliness issues. The elevator was extremely dirty when we arrived. Also, the pool towel area was packed with dirty towels. I could go on and on. Not sure we’ll be back

Perfect location in downtown on the river. Very helpful staff, comfortable quiet suites and the parking was convinient and inexpensive.

Other than that great experience for a two night trip, easy efficient and friendly staff.

The hotel is in a perfect location downtown for access to the park. Breakfast was decent, but we have had better breakfasts at other Embassy Suites. It was scorching hot outside, so we really enjoyed the pool. Staff failed to replenish towels as needed and housekeeping was slow, so there may have been a staff shortage. Overall, though, it was a nice stay.

Staff was slow and one of the two had an attitude… (so much for being a Hilton Honors Member) View out my room (3rd floor) was a dumpy construction site. Never stay at this location again - Westin is by far a better, classic hotel worth the extra money!!! R

Once we figured it out, we walked up to the desk and there were 3 people in line waiting to check in and no employee in site. We waited for almost 5 minutes before a lady came up. She seemed like she didn't enjoy her job very much. We paid for a king room with a balcony overlooking the river She put us in a handicap accessible room overlooking the roads in downtown with just a slight view of the river. Not really what we thought we would get for the extra money. It was just one night so we let it go. The young lady at the bar for the manager's cocktail reception was very nice and helpful. The free breakfast the next morning was very good The room was clean and spacious and the hotel lobby area was nondescript and a little underwhelming.

Rooftop restaurant and bar were great. Very dog friendly and close to walking trails. Big spacious rooms.
