The morning breakfast was delicious. We had a freshly made to order omelette along with crispy bacon hash browns and fresh melon. There were other choices too. Our room was extremely clean and beautiful.Housekeeping even asked us if our room was clean and satisfactory when we saw her in the hallway. I slept on the pull out couch, and it was so comfortable. No lumps or bars in my back. We are already planning a return trip to the Embassy Suites Riverplace.

Nice property in good location. Unfortunately the staff was the let down. Got charged several hundred dollars twice even though we paid in full and called the hotel to ask about the charge before we even arrived. Still checked out with an extra charge we were told will fall off. Valet workers were very rude until they realized we weren’t just trying to use the parking garage and that we were actually guests, then the tone changed. The balcony river view on top floor was nice but for the price I’d expect much better service.
