Hotel was very nice and clean. The breakfast was good and the cocktail hour was great. Location of the hotel was great with walking ability to downtown and restaurants. All staff that we encountered were all very nice, friendly and helpful.

Very beautiful and clean indoors. Location was important too. Parking garage and some elevators could use more signage.

The Embassy Suites in Greenville, NC is great ! Beautiful inside and out. The staff was very nice, the breakfast was delicious and the room was clean and restful.

Made-to-order omelettes were really a nice touch. Happy hour a plus. Loved the size of our room. Nice view of downtown from the pool area.

We enjoyed the location of the hotel. Being our first time exploring the city we chose to park our car and walk to places being that we were in a good location to do so. Parking was not what we expected. You have 2 options. City parking $10 a day if you don't move your car which is great. Then you have your typical city patking which you pay a price every time you leave the garage and can be hard finding a spot. And valet parking which is $28 a day.

Everything was Good, Clean with great surroundings the roof top area was nice and comfortable the rooms were beautiful and it was great because I booked one day before time and everything worked out. I am okay with animals, there was just to many uncontrollable dogs in the faculty, they where everywhere even in the food area. Which I feel brought down the standard of the hotel ,it seem more like a dog park our an animal shelter, big dogs not just little ones,one almost ran in our room which scared my mom ,who will no longer stay because of to many dogs.
