It is an amazing location. Wonderful restaurants nearby the falls just a few steps away. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was spotless. We had a balcony and loved sitting outside listening to the music on Sun evening. You can walk everywhere easily. Breakfast was very nice wonderful way to start your day

The entire staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was amazing, clean, and was right next to the bells. Please get the Sunday morning valet needs some help before he runs himself to death. He's super nice/gorgeous and very efficient but it's very hot and humid. He needs a chance to breathe and hydrate please

I wasn’t denied a late check out. I asked for 30 extra minutes. Pretty customary to allow a courtesy late check out.

Everything is kept very clean and all the staff are helpful

The only negative is parking. There’s no lot and you have to drive around or use valet. Either way, I’d return. The property was clean and everyone friendly.
