This hotel is so central in downtown Greenville that you can’t go wrong. Great restaurants all around and Greenville has done with their downtown what other towns want to do.

The staff were the standouts there. All were happy and helpful. Keep up the good work!

Housekeeping isn’t provided every day, and you have to pay extra for parking. The staff was very friendly, though—none of this is their fault. I personally wouldn’t stay here again. It’s just way too expensive for what you get. I made the reservation through hotels.com which was a very bad idea , I booked a 2 bed room and I got a bed only , they didn’t have 2 bed rooms available.. so also don’t book through hotels.com

We loved our room. It was clean and roomy. The hotel was located in an ideal location for our needs.

The location was great; but be ready to climb some steps. The hotel staff and valet service were awesome. Other than our room being right at the elevators everything was great with the room. The only exception was the breakfast. The eggs and sausage were not good nor was the western omelets. My friend got sick after eating it.

Our go to hotel in Greenville. Perfect location for exploring downtown. Reasonably priced. Clean, comfortable, quiet.

Had everything I needed, simple free breakfast in the morning, and great location to everything.

Extremely comfortable room. Quiet. Excellent night’s sleep. Room was clean. We really appreciated how close the hotel was to the Swamp Rabbit Trail and restaurants. Would 100% stay here again

We enjoyed the Jazz Festival everything was within walking distance.

We loved our stay here for a show at the Peace Center. We parked the car when we got there and didn’t drive again until we left. The perfect location to walk everywhere in Greenville and would absolutely stay again!

Location

There were a lot of people making a lot of noise. It was not a good sleep. The room was fine. The door slamming constantly I was put on the same floor that there was a group large group meeting and I think most people were staying on the same floor.

Could not find where to turn in to the hotel

Front desk and valet were super friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was great! Highly recommend
