The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. The pancakes were great. We loved our time in Greenville. We will definitely stay here again next time.

The gentleman at reception and Carlos maintaining breakfast each day were great. Breakfast had plenty of options, including some items that are gluten-free. The location is great with quick access to downtown but quiet and not on the main street. A major feature is the free parking, but it unfortunately led to a bad experience for me. When I arrived and tried to park, another car entered the lot and hit the gas to pull in front of me to block the space. I tried to move around her and she moved her car to try to back in, so I couldn't move anywhere. I eventually was able to get away from her, but then she got out of her car and was yelling and cursing at me. I went into the hotel and told the woman at the front desk what was happening. She didn't seem concerned and said since the lot is free, people who aren't staying at the hotel just park there. Nothing was done about it, which didn't feel safe. I was also disappointed that the hotel pool was cloudy and green, and therefore not safe to swim in. If you don't need parking or a pool, no problem!

The room was not very good The smell from the room was that of a dirty vacuum. The sheets were clean I hope , but very worn. The shower curtain had what appeared to be small blood stains on it and was not attached in the middle. The air conditioner was very loud. As we were leaving we saw a bug crawling up the wall near the breakfast area. I am saddened to say all this. But the people who work there are wonderful!

This place was dirty and worn! Yuck! The outdoor pool was green and murky! We paid a little to stay here thinking it would be at the very least clean but it wasn’t! Drinks hanging around outside and beer cabs in the bushes! Do not stay here if you can help it! The receptionist was tired and about to have a baby and frankly just needed to not be there!

Excellent location

The room is nice and big and we loved being on the first floor. Best breakfast at a hotel ever! Great free parking, unlike other hotels in downtown Greenville and walking distance to shops, restaurants, the Peace Center and Riverwalk. Free cookies every afternoon!

Convenient location. Not overly walkable to the main part of downtown unless you are in for w long walk. Rooms were comfortable. Parking is free onsite. Only two minor issues - pool was green and we got a call 10 minutes past check out time to hurry us along. We were on our way out but it just felt pushy and not a great way to leave.

Great hotel, Easy to find, clean and well stocked. Pool needed a good cleaning, but other guest didn't seem to mind.

The pool was green. The floor in the bathroom was dirty. You can tell the floor had been dust moped but not scrubbed. There was stuff all over the bathroom door. When I spilled water on the floor I wiped it up with a white towel and it came up black.

Large room; good breakfast; parking easy. At times there was no one at the front desk to ask a question.

We had a brief overnight stay that was delightful. Easy parking, large room, comfortable linen. Unfortunately, the plentiful breakfast options were limited for those that eat a plant based diet, limited to dry cereal/bread, apples and two oranges.

My stay was good and the staff was very professional.

Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Great location for doing business or touring the beautiful downtown area.

Bed was not made up, not enough towels for 4 people. Just enough toilet paper, need to get more towels from desk. Pool didn’t look clean. Outside furniture needs to get cleaned out.

Walking distance to shops, clean and quiet.
