Pettigru Place Bed & Breakfast

It is a very unique bed-and-breakfast with eclectic decor and a wonderful breakfast. The staff was very friendly.

The place was absolutely perfect & charming.

The property was exquisite from the garden to the dining area to the bedrooms with balconies upstairs. Everything had been carefully created to produce a warm and cozy experience with a southern flair. We were impressed with all the decorative aspects as well as the hospitality of the host. The breakfast was also out of this world from melon yogurt with granola to bread pudding with strawberries and finally eggs with a basil cream sauce over a warm croissant. We couldn’t have been more pleased.

The location is very good. Close to everything. Parking was easy. Access to the site is also easy. We stayed in the Plumb Blossom room. If returning I would stay in the larger Rosamunda room. The happy hour from 4 to 6 was very nice. The breakfasts were very good and fun. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Ice is always available and a common refrigerator is available.

I enjoyed my stay at Pettigru Place Bed and Breakfast. The staff was very friendly and offered many suggestions to enjoy Greenville. We just wanted to relax. It was decorated in early 20th century. This is charming for those that like that. I think it was so cool that they had a working GE refrigerator from early 20th century which was used for guests that was stocked with sodas, water, juice, etc. It was placed in the hall for all guests to use. The property had lots of greenery. We had a balcony that was nice. The breakfast was great and portions were large. I look forward to my next visit. We did go during the summer and it was hot outside, but nice and cool inside.

We stayed 2 nights on Mother's Day weekend and loved it!!! Beautiful bed and breakfast with wonderful hospitality! Breakfasts were fantastic!

Pictures alone sold me on booking, but the entire staff and property are a 500% score. Upon arrival, it was absolutely breathtaking and remained throughout my visit! I will be back and stay often .

Great location; garden out front is gorgeous, particularly liked the wonderful smelling jasmine on the gazebo; staff were wonderful and all the breakfast meals were delicious.

Pettigru Place was such a wonderful place to stay during our trip. Our room, The Rosamunde, was so charming! The bed was comfy and everything was nice and clean. Their breakfast was absolutely phenomenal! We will definitely stay again next time we're in Greenville!

The breakfasts were over-the-top Southern hospitality. However, my husband and I don't generally eat sweets and our hostess observed me picking over my cinnamon-toast pancakes (slathered in sugary topping), she kindly offered something more protein-based the following morning. We also enjoyed the common table and conversing with the other guests, and the wine and cheese in the garden was a nice touch. The room, while clean, had lots of artificial flower arrangements that were full of dust (to which I am allergic). I am tall, and I noticed the tops of things were also dusty. The bathroom, however, was spotless.

Wonderful B&B at a great location close Main Street and wellness arena and hiking trail.
