InTown Suites Extended Stay Greenville SC - Wade Hampton

Exceptional

Things fell apart on us the first day we were here

Very good

Very poor

The neighbors above was very loud all night making noise

The rooms were way too small and if you wanted to change well needless to say they ain't going to do it unless you got more money they're not there for you as they say they were

Convenience to the stores and Banks and restaurants The rooms were way too small and if you wanted to change well needless to say they ain't going to do it unless you got more money they're not there for you as they say they were

Rude. Unprofessional. The supervisor of day shift needs to be fired. Bed bugs no refunds they kick you out. Very terrible. No remotes. No clean laundry. Disqualifying. Staff is very slack.

The problem is that they check me out before my actual checkout date. Then they claim my key just stopped working and come up with all kinds of excuses.

Poor

Nothing The microwave didn't work at all the entire stay even though I told the staff. A/C was not working properly. Did not get any initial toiletries or towels. Room had bugs. Just all around a terrible stay.
