Rude. Unprofessional. The supervisor of day shift needs to be fired. Bed bugs no refunds they kick you out. Very terrible. No remotes. No clean laundry. Disqualifying. Staff is very slack.

The problem is that they check me out before my actual checkout date. Then they claim my key just stopped working and come up with all kinds of excuses.

Nothing The microwave didn't work at all the entire stay even though I told the staff. A/C was not working properly. Did not get any initial toiletries or towels. Room had bugs. Just all around a terrible stay.

Motels make unauthorize charges on your credit card. Charges for parking and wifi, which is supposed to be free. The wont answer phone calls fron Hotels.com when customers complains about the overcharge.

The stay was a total disaster from the very beginning. was charged a onsite parking fee and for wifi even though it cleared states on the hotels.com booking site that it was free. Front desk clerk was extremely rude and disrespectful. The rooms were very dirty and smell like cigarette. Roaches everywhere. Had to go to hospital due to being ate up by bed bugs. Homeless people hanging in parking lot begging for money. Much drug selling going on all through the night. Place is unsafe. Do yourself a favor STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY. PICTURES ON THE WEBSITE OF THIS PROPERTY ARE FAKE.
