Disappointing

It was so disgusting. I had to remove my shower curtain because it was molded. They had to know it was molded when they put it up. When i got a replacement, i saw that it was molded too but you can only see the mold when it gets wet. The guy at the front desk was ridiculously slow. I later found out that people live there, and the reason they dont care is because they knowthey do not need to havestandards because their residents are not too picky. when my uber driver picked me up, she told me that when they see murders and crime on the news, it is usually at that hotel. ALso, i would not consider that close to downtown. my friend picked me up, and we went downtown. It was not close. i could not believewhat ihad gotten myself into. I will say that the wifi worked well. ALSO, do not take the sheets off because you will notlikewhat you see. You may not be able to sleep on the mattress. i took pictures ofthe second shower curtain with the mold, but I am couldnt stomach looking at the 1st shower curtain long enough to takea picture. and forget about soap and shampoo. its not that kinda place.

Exceptional

The property is run down and the room was not cleaned properly. A cigarette full out of the mattress. The bed was an old bed frame that literally fell apart.

Absolutely awful. Cancelled my room and stayed I would be refunded but have not been. No warning my room was cancelled until I drove 45 minutes from the concert I was attending and had to drive back home. Do not recommend at all Nothing at all.

This place was probably the worst place I have ever stayed in my entire life. First of all my check in was at 3. I got there at 2:45 and they said my room wouldn't probably be done until after 4 which ruined my work route and plans for morgan wallen concert entry time. They wouldn't even allow me to use a public rest room so I had to go offsite to use one even though I should have been able to use my own at 3. The place was disgusting. I have pictures. You get what you pay for.

Drove hours just for them to tell me my reservation was canceled. They couldn’t tell me why they couldn’t give me a reason at all and told me that there’s nothing they can do. They’re booked completely out. I drove hours just to be told my reservation was canceled for literally no reason I guess they expected me to sleep in my car didn’t seem to care either way

Terrible place

Spynx and burger king right in walking distance even though that burger king isn’t that good. The bugs and the staffs rudeness

Hidden cameras in their rooms!! Beware. So sad.

Extremely clean, very friendly staff , dog friendly, laundry facilities are great, fresh coffee in the morning Some of the guests and the questionable activities happening on the property

They cancelled my booking without notifying me. I show up to check in and they say it's over booked sorry. That's messed up

I booked my room here 6 months in advance. And they canceled my room a hour before time to check in. I was in town already and told the lady that but she didn't care. I was here for the George strait concert and everything was sold out. I did get lucky and find a room for 3 times the price at another hotel. But I think thats why the canceled my room I think someone paid the more money then what I booked it for. But again I booked it 6 months in advance so it should have been my room. Plus we were stranded with no where to stay at first and they didn't care. So no I will never book at this hotel ever again!!
