The place absolutely stinks. The rooms are horrible not as it shows on the website. We DID NOT stay and the manager was supposed to contact me and never did. I wouldn’t suggest it to ANYONE. The halls and rooms smell like body odor and cigarettes and weed. It was not clean.

The only good thing in my opinion about this hotel was the staff. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The room however was not what I was used to. The room just smelled and felt dirty. The beds was clean but I slept in my clothes with a shirt on the pillow. Good thing it was only a one night stay!! My dog was allowed and the wood floors was a relief in case of accidents. Let's not forget the sketchy looking people hanging around.

Stayed for only 30 minutes then left and found another hotel 45 minutes away. VERY UNSAFE and unclean. DO NOT STAY THERE!

Great people lovely establishment

Our reservation was canceled when we arrived. They gave us a room that was rejected by previous person.

You always assume your hotel room will have a lamp. We were incorrect. Surprisingjy! The bathroom door didn’t shut. It didn’t have a frame. They’d nailed up floor moldings to create the appearance of a frame (Room 311, for reference). Cigarette burns all over the toilet seat, edge of tub and sink. Even the shower felt dirty. We slept on top of the blankets in our clothes. The cabinets had the holes for the doors. But no cabinet doors. The jankiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Woodbridge Suites clearly bought this property. It wasn’t built as a Woodbridge Suites facility. If it wasn’t 3am we would’ve gotten back in the truck and continued on. But we were already beyond exhausted. We slept 4.5 hours and got the heck back out of there.

Did not feel safe enough to return to room. So much so that I slept a few hours in my car with my daughter in the Walmart parking lot after the concert instead of going back to the hotel room I paid for. Front desk staff was an absolute pleasure, the ladies were perfect. But the hotel itself is not a safe environment for women and children. Reading the older reviews after checking in I realized this was what I should have expected. My reviews were sorted most recent and weren't great, but were good enough to sleep a couple hours after a late night concert. That's all we needed. Safe & clean Room was visibly dirty (floors, blankets, walls, entire room needed to be scrubbed and maintenance was non existent. Door lock handle had been visibly broken and was still sideways. Kitchen cabinets didn't have doors, ac falling off the wall, crumbs, hairs, and Lord knows what else on the bed. It didn't look like anything had been even Clorox wiped or cleaned months or longer. Bed was made nicely. Didn't visibly see bed bugs when I pulled back the sheets, surprisingly. Weed, must, mold, dog smell was overwhelming from the second we got off the elevator. Room was even worse. I have honestly never seen a hotel room in this bad of shape. Several nice long term guests, but also too many people that made me uncomfortable to even go from my car to the front door. Front desk, check in/out, cheap price were only positives here.

Arrived at 3am no sheets on bed or pillows cases ,floor had no been cleaned in weeks or longer , $150. For that I’m 67yrs old the worst

Pictures do not match current state of rooms. Lots of people hanging out outside in parking lot very late at night. Dirty floors and very outdated rooms. Overall, did not match what is posted on the website.

Will never stay again, rooms were not clean and hallways smelled horrible too! Elevator smelt like smoke and weed. Lots of sketchy people in and out of the property. Did not feel safe walking in after a concert. Beds were hard and did not sleep well. One our rooms the beds were even wet feeling of what I’m assuming was mildew. There were dead bugs dried on the walls. The list goes on. Hotel needs a serious facelift and new management if it’s gonna make it!

The room smelled and the bathroom did not shut fully due to missing wood. The room overall seemed clean but very dated.

I realize that this was not an expensive hotel but I honestly couldn’t recommend it too anybody. It was somewhat clean but really needed a rehab. There were a lot of people milling around inside and outside that I don’t think were staying there. I had a guy panhandling me for money when I got off the elevator near my room. It’s the first time I’ve ever felt uncomfortable security wise at a hotel

Location Check out requirements were unclear about retaining the deposit so they kept it of course
