Was not clean bed was very uncomfortable they need a total remodel the mattress was probably at least 15 years old, not worth even at this price

This property should be removed from your site. It is nearly impossible to get a booking honored by this establishment. I even booked a room on their own site. I waited for over 2 hours to get a cancellation email. And was informed after I arrived at the property via an Uber that there were no rooms available.

The room smelled so bad of air fresheners our eyes watered. There were German cockroaches crawling on the walls and furniture. It seemed that because I was traveling with a dog, they put me in a run down room. I had just picked my son up from Scout Summer camp. There were no rooms anywhere, or we would have left. The bathroom was disgusting. Roaches and stains everywhere. When I looked under the bathroom sink, they had roach traps, but acted like they had no idea when I told them about the bugs at the front desk. We ended up putting our stuff back in the car, and just slept in our clothes on top of the sheets because we had nowhere else to go. Got out of there as fast as we could the next morning.

Highlights: Smoke detector pulled out of ceiling, burn marks on window shade Dried old food and drink all over kitchenette We had to sleep at the foot of the bed and pull it away from the wall because I killed 2 roaches on the headboard found another the next morning My husband's feet were black after walking on the floor, thankfully I brought flip flops There was dirt literally piled up around the base boards and under the furniture Room smelled like pot We were just in town for a concert, I would have left if I could have The staff was nice enough and the water was very hot and apparently you can bring your cat or dog I understand you get what you pay for... I didn't expect it to be in a great area or have any amenities, I was in the military and definitely stayed in some low grade hotels, I'm not unrealistic....but I read other reviews claiming it was clean...which was all I cared about.....it was not....there's no excuse for that type of filth. I would have asked for it to be cleaned, but we dropped our stuff and didn't get back till late so it wasn't an option. They're clearly having issues, since no one was at the office and I had to walk around to find the manager. I feel bad if that's the case, but I wouldn't have stayed there if someone had actually left a real review. Hopefully this helps you with your hotel decision.

Just very run down. Easy access

Horrible bug problem and wreaks of mildew, but other than that it was horrible. 11/10 don’t recommend!

The place was completely unsanitary didn't look like it was clean there was panties used panties in the top of one of the nightstands then microwave was covered in melted some substance it was just all around a terrible State the place smelled like dog urine and we in the roaches there was so many roaches they even got in my bags and into my car

This room looked like a they should be charging by the hour

The place is dirty, bugs, the place looked like a drug dealer hotel. It was worse then being projects .

Everything was well maintained. Although, the sheets on my bed did not appear to have been properly cleaned. There were visible stains on one pillowcase and one area if the fitted sheet. Which the bed had two of. It looked as if a fitted sheet had been placed over a fitted sheet.

The room that I got was suppose to be a no smoking room but still smelled of cigarettes, there is trash outside all over the property. There were bugs in my room, and I had a man ask me if I wanted to make some cash while I was walking my dog.

Everything about our stay is great. The staff is very helpful and friendly very welcoming place .

The only complaints I have is that we saw a few big roaches while we were there and the floor wasn't clean. Other than that our stay was very pleasant. Staff was super nice and helped us out booking a stay for another night.

Yes

Parking was easy, but the room was crazy. I pick my room online and when i went there they change my room and i had a room with dirty cover.
