Hyatt Place Denver Tech Center

Super clean and friendly place for the family to enjoy. Breakfast was good and pool was clean. We really enjoyed our stay the rooms were spacious and homie. Would love to stay here again!

Highly recommend. Quiet. Professional staff.

Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was edible and free so I can’t really complain. The only disappointment was the pool area was old and run down. The bottom of the pool was stained badly with what may be algae but I didn’t dare get in the pool other than dangling my legs. It could definitely use some work.

The structure of room is wired, and also not clean.

Very nice hotel located in the DTC and convenient to where we needed to go in the Denver Metro Area. Easy access, beautiful setting and very quiet. The room was amazing. Loved having breakfast available at 6:30 A. M. as we had a long drive ahead of us.

Hotel itself was good. Issues, not enough parking. They charge 15.00 for parking but we had to park at a nearby restaurant when we returned from our concert. They did refund the 15.00 but it was very inconvenient. Also that morning, although out ot thier control, both elevator were broke. No back up elevators for this situation for individuals that have physical issues (I do with stairs) and another lady by me was in a boot. The workers were carrying their carts from floor to floor and it was awful to watch them. They needed a service elevator for the staff and for individuals with disabilities or limitations in this particular situation.

Check in was not so great. Incredibly loud construction in lobby. I couldn’t hear front desk staff. Room wasn’t ready even though it was after 4. Otherwise, great room and breakfast.

Everything was great

Nice property and nice location. Check in was easy. The bed was way too soft and the sink drained very slowly. My biggest complaint was the TV. It was set up so you had to stream it from your phone. I couldn’t figure out their app and had to download one to make it work. The next morning the only elevator in the building did not work. We had to carry everything down 3 flights of stairs with no offer to help. (72 years old with bad hip). The man at the front desk basically said it wasn’t his problem

Added fees to note. Asked to check in 2 hours early so we could rest a little before our concert which was a $25 fee (even though we checked out 3-4 hrs early on our way out). Also parking was $15/night. Not a big deal but should be noted on website when hunting for deals.

Helpful staff, great price, delicious breakfast and bonus- it’s located next to a beautiful city park and walkways!

For 1. I did not like the fact that only 1 elavator was in service the first night and then both elevators went down the second morning. I went to check out after the first night because of the elevators and the terrible breakfast that was served and the manager said ok it was booked through Expedia so have a good day. That seemed weird why would a manager feel that way if a customer is leaving early he didn't even ask any questions why so I went outside and looked up your policy and seen I can't cancel the rest of my nights so I had to go back to the front counter and ask for my room keys back and the manager was like yep you can't cancel!!!what room was it again I found that was not helpful at all and he should have atlest asked if I was sure since he was obviously aware. The room was not up to par with my usual stays with Hyatt Hotels.

Excellent customer service
