Broken phone staff not friendly property not well maintained

Dirty. The walls were dirty, the tub, the couch was torn and the floors were filthy. No hair dryer in the room, no ice machine at hotel. WiFi did not work.

I made a terrible mistake of staying here after a major medical procedure.

Got a reservation quick, price wasn't bad. I was told I would be getting my deposit back and they lied. They even gave a receipt stating they were going to refund me. They only gave a 11 $ credit. I didnt even stay all 2 night i was supposed to because of the roaches and it being dirty. Dead roaches and trash on the floor. A drawer was broken and a light was not working. I got there late around 11PM and just wanted to go to sleep with my kids so we did not go in looking everywhere.

Location The room was not very clean. It had an odor to it. The grounds were also not very clean. There was an old baby crib at the bottom of the stairs, full of trash and this was right outside of the front office.

Room was unclean with broken items. Clearly dirty sheets on the bed. The room had a pullout sofa bed with no pillows or blankets for it. Floor was filthy and our feet turned black. The nonsmoking room also smelled like smoke.

Nothing The room was dirty not clean at all, trash cans had trash in them, no soap or shampoo.

Location Everything was dirty and broken Fridge, cabinets, counters, couch, and chair. Broken and missing pieces. This room belongs on a Jerry springer show! It was most disfunctional hotel room I have ever seen.
