This property is for long term use. They only clean the hotel room every 14 days per the staff. If you want clean linens you can pay 1.75 a day or wash them yourself. Out toilet got clogged and they handed us a plunger. Had to go to the store to buy garbage bags as this is not included. You get 1 toilet paper roll a day. The sink backs up with no one to repair it. The beds are horrible. I have stayed at extended stay before but this was just horrible. Avoid this place if you can. We left a day early to stay at another hotel.

Really did not like much about this stay. The bed was comfortable and the A/C worked fine. Booking.com website was not accurate with amenities offered. They had kitchens but when asked no kitchen supplies available for rent even when the TV home page advertised it. The room had several issues from wall damage, a tub drain plug that was not attached in the tub. A work desk with no chair. In room phone not connected. No ice available. Kitchen doors and drawers stuck shut from inadequate cleaning. Only two towels for two guests, at 8am to get extra towels to find the office closed and no one available.

Room wasn’t clean and the room was falling apart. Wouldn’t stay here again

Great location for venue we attended, it was walking distance, comfy bed The bathroom was not very clean, there was what looked like fences possibly on the wall and toilet was dirty.

It was clean and the room was spacious. The front desk people took a while to help me.

The location was the only thing I liked about the property. The room was dirty and dusty it also had a very unpleasant smell. If you want to cook in the kitchen you need to purchase for rent pots and pans. The bathroom was dirty the handle to flush the toilet was falling apart. The fridge was also falling apart. I regret booking here. DO NOT DO IT! TRUST ME!

Did not stray,left immeditlly aftre seeing the room. No carpet in the room, the bathroom door did not close. Cabinets were broken. Did not feel clean or safe. They required a $100.00 deposit before I checked in. I will be fighting to recover that.

Staff was great. Rooms are awful. The room was dirty, main door and bathroom door were cracked and huge gaps, shower and walls were stained and yellow, the water had a dirty smell, the beds were hard and very uncomfortable, all appliances were super old and dirty. Will never book this again. Pictures were very deceiving when booking.

She then said she arranged for us a room but that rooms doors were open and unclean, another couple staying had the same issue. We stayed for 20 mins outside her lounge to get service but she would just go and sit in her room in the back. I was told that u would be refunded the amount but I don’t see that happening anytime soon.

We were here due to a loved one having a medical emergency. We got to the motel late, the staff wasn’t friendly or very helpful. The room air conditioner didn’t work and we were told that they couldn’t do anything about it. There were no towels in the room, they only had 1 towel to give us for 4 people. I wish I could put negative five stars.

It was my fault for not doing research, that been said state of the room was terrible. So much so we decided to book a different hotel after only been 10 mins in room. Is not staffs fault obviously, but there’s only so much you can do when room is falling apart.

Area is nice I called 911 and the front desk kicked me out because of a restraining order that was in place with my ex. I called police because I’m supposed to and I got kicked out

Convenient location, large rooms, soft bed, quiet. No toilet paper upon arrival. Very little towels. Smelled like cigarettes
