The hotel is very nice and well maintained. However, because it does allow pets, some people do not have a problem leaving their dog pee without cleaning up. Sadly, it does reflect on the hotel. Also, limited eating options on site, but they were decent.

We had an excellent stay! The staff was all very friendly and helpful! Our room was very clean and I love the upscale modern decor everywhere! I wound stay there again and recommend.

Staff was perfect. They were very friendly and very helpful.

Clean room
-
there was a $35 daily fee for service. They did not do a good job of explaining the purpose of the fee. Also the parking fee was $55 a day!
-
exceptional from staff to property. comfortable and sparkling clean!

Great location

Disappointing
-
Very nice looking hotel with poor operators. Desk staff young and inexperienced. Biggest issue in a the motion thermostats that make room super hot at night. Can’t imagine that saves enough money to make it worth losing customers. Weird experience. Glad was only there one night

We arrived a bit before check in and our room was not ready. check in is at 3:00, we got dumped into a room that was not the room we paid for at 4:00. We were there for a wedding that started at 4:30. Only 1 person at the check in desk. Credit card machine crashed, they couldn’t make room keys so we were escorted to our room with no way to get back in, unless we could track down a manager. Paid for breakfast and they never told us how to redeem, Also had Expedia VIP bottle of wine that we never got. Sat ok hold for over 30 minutes to make sure this was all noted on the account just to be hung up on. Can’t use the in room mini fridge because it’s stocked with pay for drinks. But can say the AC doesn’t disappoint! But be careful if you adjust the temp it will go from cooling to heat all on its own! Based on this experience I would never go back. Rooms are over priced, Drinks are over priced. And I was told that I have to fight getting any sort of refund through Expedia who conveniently can not get in contact with the hotel.

What a nice hotel! Staff were exceedingly pleasant and accommodating, bed linens were soft and bright white, mattress was perfect firmness and felt quite new. We enjoyed a yummy breakfast at the restaurant, as well as some fun drinks and nibbles at the rooftop bar.
-
The halls smelled like poo, our room was only cleaned half of the time, employees were incredibly rude and unprofessional. I would not stay here again. This was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had.

Check-in felt cold and rushed. We were handed a packet of papers with almost no explanation, and the rooftop club was mentioned in passing. What wasn’t mentioned was that the you could hear it on the 17th floor two floors below it. We could clearly hear the DJ and music until around midnight both nights of our stay. The room was also much more basic than expected. No coffee maker, microwave, fridge, or even simple cups. For the price, it felt surprisingly stripped down, while the paid minibar and overpriced snacks were front and center. The biggest frustration came at checkout when we were charged a $35 resort fee. Only after asking did we learn it included things like breakfast credits, happy hour perks, and transportation services. None of that was explained when we arrived. Parking was another disappointment. There is no free parking—just a paid lot across the street or valet for about $65 per night. Overall, the hotel felt more focused on being trendy than providing a comfortable guest experience. Between the noise, lack of amenities, extra fees, and poor communication, I wouldn’t stay here again. If you’re traveling for work, it may be fine. For a vacation, I’d look elsewhere.

This is a really nice hotel near the DTC. The staff was very helpful and kind. The restaurant and bar were great, the roof top is really cool tool but was a bit crowded. I ended up hanging out at the bar in the lobby as it was quieter after a long day. The rooms are super clean, comfortable, have great views and are nice for work trips. Would definitely recommend.

The restaurant is also not good. The rush you out to prepare for next service and the bar closes at 10.

Always a great stay

Nice free coffee bar in the morning and water throughout the day. Perfect rooftop and lovely staff. Truly fantastic!
-
Definitely the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Staff were great, food and drinks were awesome! Accommodating a late check out was so easy and appreciative. Highly recommend it!
