The front desk staff was wonderful.
-
There is no parking and they charge $60 for valet parking, This was not listed on the site.
-
Not the friendliest concierge but at least the room and property were clean valet and bartenders were amazing and very helpful and friendly

My husband and I are traveling filmmakers and photographers so we travel with a lot of gear and also two pups in tow— the staff at Apiary was so accommodating in finding us the perfect room. We moved rooms twice (nothing wrong with the rooms at all, just preferred an open layout with lots of space for gear storage and our pups) and when we expected to be treated as a nuisance.. Daniel at the front desk along with his manager Rebecca made us feel grateful that we chose Apiary. They were kind, welcoming and reassuring that whatever we needed— they would be there to help. The breakfast is delicious, the coffee shop in the building is amazing with great staff and the store has pretty much everything. We were short one day of food for our dogs and we were pleasantly surprised the store had a healthy option for them! Property is beautiful and right off the highway so it’s very easy to get to where you need to be.. We were blown away by our entire stay. The valet staff was also a highlight of our stay. On time, professional and my dogs loved the little treats they got when we stopped for a chat with Phillip after our morning walk. This was our first time staying but we will be back— seriously if you’re looking for an experience that leaves you relaxed and taken care of, stay here.

Check in wasn't very pleasant, the hotel front desk attendant was rude and not very welcoming. Breakfast wasn't good either several under cooked sausage patties and over cooked scrambled eggs. Hotel is in a great location close to the near by venue .

I had assumed hotel guests could use the pool, but it is strictly for residents. Overall, it's a solid stay with great food and location

The property was very nice, a bit taken back by $55 a day parking for valet. But you can park next door at the bank parking lot for $12 from 7pm to 7AM. Good breakfast. No exhaust fans in bathroom. I would definitely stay again

Pros: BEAUTIFUL. New. Trendy. Modern. Convenient area feels safe and is pretty. Fantastic jumping off point for the Denver area. Train stop is across the street. Nicely stocked cafe on site with a large assortment of everything you might need. Beds and pillows luxuriously soft. Room had floor to ceiling windows. 10/10 for looks. Cons: The description said valet is “available.” Valet is actually mandatory at 55$ a night plus tips. You cannot park your own car at all. At times there were cars waiting that went out both sides of the valet lane to the street. No shade other than when building blocks sun. Valet lane is on a hill, so it’s difficult to unload a lot of luggage, strollers, etc. Traffic poorly controlled here and felt like a free for all several times. Potentially long waits to retrieve vehicle. Can’t get forgotten items from car easily. Luggage racks are open bottom & don’t support smaller items. Handicapped amenities: No safe area to unload a wheelchair passenger if they ride on driver side. Accessible shower had seat bolted to tub that funneled water all over the floor. We were mopping and wringing multiple towels with every shower. Shades in bedroom area are semi-sheer; mediocre privacy at night, sun directly in face from bed with shades pulled. Outlets in Kitchenette and bathroom did not work. Accessible room was at end of hall as long as a city block, which is poor placement for people with mobility challenges.

Nice, modern facility. Only complaint was the traffic noise and car rumbles on Saturday night. Not facility’s fault, but I was glad that I had earplugs to sleep that night.
-
Good location. Nice breakfast. Liked the mini kitchen facilities (refrig, sink, microwave, coffee maker. Didn't use stove top.) Valet parking seemed very expensive. Couldn't get the telephone to make outside calls.

The room appeared nice enough at first glance, I opened the curtains to discover the worst view I have ever had at any hotel. I was staring at a glass building in the lot next door and the air conditioning / mechanicals on the roof below. I shut the curtains. The walls are thin and we could here our neighbors using the bathroom, flushing the toilet, talking, moving around. There is no air conditioning in the bathroom. There is one vent for air conditioning and it blows directly onto the bed. For a new hotel, the price per night, and being a Marriott Member, I expected better quality and comfort. On the favorable side, we did receive free drink coupons that we unfortunately were not able to use. The bed was comfortable and linens are nice. The coffee shop in the lobby is nice as was the staff. There is also a small but very nicely stocked store in the lobby. The hotel is also next to a light rail station which is convenient. All said, I think we would not choose to stay here again.

My only complaint is that we only got our room serviced once. This would be fine but all they did was throw up the covers on the bed (not fully made) and replace the towels. The toilet paper wasn't replenished so we ran out. Again not a huge deal since there was still face tissue. Just a note for the staff to address. We will definitely consider the Apiary on future visits.
