The room was clean and the staff was nice :-)
-
The location and the drink vouchers Our room had one mirror could have had more for 3 ladies and the air conditioner was loud!

Overall I enjoyed my stay. However, being charged $20 a night to park in addition to spending over $300 a night for the room is ridiculous.

Great location, great staff and very clean area.

Overall, this hotel is very comfortable. The room was clean and the staff were helpful, friendly, and kind. I’ll stay there again next year.

Great place for conventions

Hotel was really clean our room’s windows were really dirty couldn’t enjoy the view very well but other than that the hotel itself is really nice. In a very good area and has closed parking so that’s a plus

Parking is 20. The trash outside was overfilling and smelled. Destination fees. This hotel isnt a resort.

I had a mixed experience during my stay. The highlight was definitely the wonderful breakfast, which offered a great variety of fresh and tasty options. The property is situated in a quiet area, providing a peaceful atmosphere, and there are several good cafés and restaurants within walking distance. Another highlight was the friendly and welcoming staff. They were always helpful and contributed positively to the overall experience. However, there were some disappointing aspects. There is no free parking, which added unexpected costs to the stay. Cleanliness was also below expectations. I frequently found black hairs on the white towels, which was unpleasant and raised concerns about housekeeping standards. In addition, the bed linen appeared unironed, making the room feel less clean and well-maintained than it should have.

Incredibly predatory hotel. Fee for parking, required "destination fee", fee for WiFi. The employee at the front desk purposely talks quickly, going through random information, dropping details about charges, hoping that you can't process it fast enough.

It was a really nice, clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. It was nice to have a choice of an indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub. It had everything we wanted for our family stay.

I’ve never been to a hotel where the stairwells are locked to use. After the fire alarm was pulled, everyone was trying to get back into the hotel after it was cleared. Only two elevators for everyone (one was broken) and we couldn’t even use the stairs to get back to the room. I think the same people who designed DIA designed this hotel. The layout made zero sense. I’ve never been to a hotel with one set of elevators so far from the room. It was a workout just to get to the room haha! We ordered food at 6:30 for dinner and finally received it at 9:30pm. We were hangry. Thankfully they didn’t charge us for that meal. The parking lot charged us an extra $20 and if we wouldn’t have said anything to the workers we would have been double charged. The little shop with extra toiletries was closed at 8:30pm even though there was an open sign and it said the hours went until 10pm. Breakfast wasn’t bad (albeit pricey for what you get), but we tried to eat at the restaurant in the morning at 9am and they told us the kitchen was already behind 45 minutes. One plus, the hot tub was working since these days most places don’t even have one or they’ve been sealed up or are broken.

The worst part was how unprofessional the staff were. When I went to take a shower at night, I found the bath towels piled up and not even folded, making them look like they had already been used. I called the front desk to request new towels. The front desk told me to wait, and I ended up waiting for an hour, assuming someone would bring them up. Nobody came. I called again, and after being transferred to the front desk, the staff member simply said, “Please put me on hold,” and never came back. After waiting another 10 minutes, I finally hung up and went downstairs myself. When I explained what had happened, the front desk staff showed absolutely no apology or concern. He simply shrugged and handed me two towels. For the last night of our trip, this was incredibly frustrating and completely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing stay. Very disappointing for a Marriott property.

Breakfast included was horrible. It only includes a yogurt and a pastry. Parking is $20 pee night. Location is okay. No near by quick places to eat at, the closest is about 5 minutes.
