Comfort Inn & Suites Griffin North

Exceptional

Exceptional

The beds are unbelievably comfortable!! Best sleep in a while!! Good breakfast too! Lots of overnight construction crews staying, sat out under the awning drinking lots of beer and music..The drunker they got,the more lewd comments when I would go to smoke at their designated area..kinda scary!

Good

The blanket is smelling bad 👎 😕

Nice clean room and quiet property! Hot breakfast was good! Friendly desk clerk!

Very good

Though this is advertised as a non smoking hotel, the second floor literally reeked of cigarette and marijuana smoke, which made the floor feel dirty. The beds were ok, but the lighting in the rooms used the cheap harsh white light instead of a warmer color temperature, so the effect felt like you're in a K mart. I don't understand why hotels use these, they can't be that much cheaper than a decent LED? The shower didn't have installed non slip, there's a separate rubber mat you have to put down. It worked ok but it's not a great experience. All in all, we only stayed one night so it wasn't worth complaining about the issues we had. I doubt we'd stay there again, for the price paid I expected better.

You could hear the people in the room above us walking and banging around all night

Good location staff was nice and polite You could hear the people in the room above us walking and banging around all night

Very good

The room was large and the bed was comfortable and clean. The staff is always friendly, and helpful. The grounds were well lite, and plenty of parking when I was there. There was a weird smell in the hallway on the second floor, but it could have been coming from one of the occupied rooms, and not the facility.

Disappointing

Good for 1 night.

Check in went well Staff was very nice Room was clean but bathroom needed some updates. Toilet inside bowl not clean. Parking was convenient.

The room appeared to be clean and the stay was going well until I found a bug on my bed. The hotel was full so I couldn't change rooms and didn't have time to leave to find another hotel because I was on a business trip. All classes had to be held in their entirety or I wouldn't be able to receive my credits. The entire weekend was inconvenienced:(

My bed felt lumpy, had hair in the bed, and I could not sleep on the sheets.

Property was in a convenient location, just a short distance from many eateries and shopping options. The place was clean and the service was good.

Very good
