Holiday Inn Express and Suites Griffin by IHG

Everything Nothing

This was a great place to stay while traveling. Bed sleep great, friendly, helpful staff and can even walk to restaurants.

Convenient to family and funeral home. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast a good start to our day. My husband loved the coffeemaker. We also made use of the excercise room. Good and clean equipment. Our room's bathroom door could ONLY open partially b/c the uneven tile floor hits the bottom of the door. Also, the dresser drawers did not close properly. The morning we checked out, we had no COLD water in our bathroom. The toilet was also filling with hot water. Very unusual to have NO cold water. Overall the hotel seems a bit worn.

Disappointing

Very nice experience! Good facility. Room had eight pillows on the beds They were all stiff, too high, unyielding, uncomfortable.

The room was clean and we enjoyed the pool. Glad it was free parking

The rooms were nice and also spacious. Staff was friendly. . Good location .

Location and pool The sink had no hot water and could not rasie the stopper up AC made loud noises while running difficult to sleep

Exceptional

The room was very clean the parking was good . The staff was helpful and breakfast was great as well. We will be staying here again.

It was great. There was a roach in the shower so I was paranoid in the room, honestly.

N:A

Good Staff. Good Breakfast Parking good. The hotel was worth the price

Very good

Great location, clean hotel, and very friendly staff. Breakfast was good and sufficient. My only suggestion would be to replace the sofa beds, as they were very uncomfortable and you could feel the springs. My only concern was the sofa bed, which was very worn and sagged badly. You could feel the metal springs/wires, making it very uncomfortable. There were also no sheets, blankets, or pillows provided for the sofa bed.

THe only thing that I did not like was the very low water pressure in the bathroom sink.

Good service and breakfast

The room was clean, the property was clean, however my issue was the HVAC. It wasn’t a quiet one and it would cut on and off all night long keeping both my son and I awake majority of the night. We sleep hot so figuring that there would be a fan for the unit, but there wasn’t an option to just run the fan.

I enjoyed my stay here the on staff was friendly, it was very clean and the breakfast was good. I will definitely stay at this location again

Always clean and exceptional service.
