Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Griffin, GA

There’s not much to praise about this place. The breakfast was subpar. The room wasn’t very clean. I found 2 dead roaches (one on the wall and the one on the bathroom floor). Also, I found pubic hairs on the top cover and a big in one of the beds. Very disappointed, that the pool was not open for the 2 days that I was there. Also, there was a wedding in the conference room, and all attending patrons were smoking weed, because the whole hotel smelled like it.

The bed was clean and I'm thankful for that but that was about all. This is the last time I'm beng cheap and paying for a $90 room, you typically get what you pay for. The property needs at least 7 figures poured in to it. Common area carpets are super nasty, disclored, and ripped. In my room my feet turned black after walking on the "new" viny luxury tile, shower inserts are old, shower head coming off wall, toilet very old and disclored, desk didn't have a chair, couch had different colored cusions cause they lost the originals, most of the furniture looked like miss match garage sale finds, in order to close my door I literally had to lift the door and press shut cause the hinges were so messed up, free breakfast isn't until 7am, shower water pressure not great, room smelled super heavy of cigarrette smoke, hallways smelled like weed, and landscaping in rough shape.

Staff exceptional, if I requested or complained about TV they promptly took care of it Back door propped open to often

Late check out til 12pm with no extra fee was nice. $140 dollar room that should’ve been about $60-$70 based off the condition of the room, it was clean, but needs a major renovation, outdated.

The room didn’t have a shower curtain had to ask for one. The handle for the shower leaked and felt like it was about to break. the door wouldn’t shut unless you slammed it. The walls looked like they haven’t been cleaned. Not all the outlets worked

M This was the nastiest hotel I have stayed in and I would not recommend it at all.

I don't think anything because as soon as we asked for something or told him very nicely about something it was either fixed or replaced.

As soon as you walked in the door. The heat hit you in the face. It was so hot throughout the hallways. The beds were itchy and smelled . I have stayed at this hotel several times. But after this visit it will be the last.

Con’s - room was not clean, floors were very dirty, handle to flush toliet was broken, chair in room had something spilt on it, just very dated, nothing like photos advertised. Hopefully the renovations they are in the process of doing will revamp the place. Has a lot of potential.

I love Country Inn and Suites but this one really has me so disappointed. The hotel is under renovation however, it was like no one checked the rooms before assigning them. We had to be moved 3 times. And the last room still wasn't up to par but we were exhausted. Starting off with the 1st room, it was consumed by the smell of cigarettes. The 2nd room was full of mold. The window curtains, the phone and the shower curtain. Plus the tv didn't work. They moved us to a 3rd room.... It was better than the 1st two but the fan in the bathroom didn't work so eventually that room will have mold as well. The facility had 2 ice machines, but one was broken. The one that was working had so much debris in it and the visible filters were filthy. We went out and got ice. Also on our last night there we saw a roach run near the microwave.The staff was nice but they need to do a better job since they carry the Radisson name. Also housekeeping doesn't come everyday, they come every 3 days..... I hope once they finish the renovation, it gets better. I would never go back to that particular hotel.
