Construction going on inside/ outside, but a peaceful night. A lot of miscellaneous stuff, laying around, roaches...

well not sure if it is due to renovation orpoor housekeeping but it was messy bathroom shelves were falling off and or on the ground the desk wasnt clean it was extra dusty and everything was unplugged tub stopped up during shower

The Cleanliness

Everything was great! All of the staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good and hot. My room was very neat and clean. Definitely will be back soon!

When we arrived, there were cops in the parking lot because something was happening. The pool was completely shut down for Maintenence until further notice without warning. It was very much a letdown for a long planned trip.

The rooms are ok! They have mold paint all-over thats not issue the issue is the workers are not cleaning up after themselves. The lady telling me take my own trash out at the front desk.

Bed was comfortable Shower was broken, shower curtain rod was falling off the wall, curtains were stained, tweakers and crack heads were everywhere, carpet was peeling up all along the hallways, there was no breakfast as advertised, felt uneasy the whole time.

That it was close to everything. And staff were nice. First room was nasty had roaches dead on floor when you walk in the cabinet where the sink was what messed up at bottom but enough for you to see look like a bunch of water damage. They moved us rooms to one up stairs. And for the price I paid I could have just went to a better one really but was told it was nice. So we get upstairs there was trash in the refrigerator in the pullout couch there was trash under it. The drawers were not wiped out. All around the bed was not comfortable. The AC unit was loud as hell. Sounded like it was on its last leg. I for one will not be going back! Sidenote, breakfast was very good.

Nothing The room was so dirty and smelled so bad! I walked in and left after a little bit. Asked for a refund and still waiting on that. Had to go find another hotel and spend a lot more for a work trip!

Rooms was nasty stains in towels floor dirty roaches!!

The room had a mold smell to it the curtains had mold on them including the bathroom the ac didn’t work properly and the sofa bed was broke everything good was nasty room was full of mold

Disappointing

Roaches openly in the room, and on the elevator buttons. no longer have a hot tub. breakfast was average but the check in lady, was very sweet.
