What breakfast, nothing there Cleaner room,hot breakfast,less pot smell

Cleanliness and sanitation was terrible. The entire premises smell of pot.

, shower drain was clogged . Light and phone in the room not working. There were bagels for breakfast but no cheese cream or butter . The shampoo/ conditioner bottle was empty so was the lotion.

There was a substance abuse class going on. Breakfast was pathetic, no food or people attending. Room was great but the class was uncomfortable and breakfast was not worth anything at all

It was cheap and clean place to stay, Breakfast was horrible only cold cereal and cheap snacks

-Chair in room was dirty & filled with hair all over like from. An animal. - I had to switch several things from the non-smoking to smoking room: -Iron -Iron-Board -Chair Cushions -Hangers -Soap & Conditioner -Ice Bucket

The hallways and rooms smelled of pot/weed. The room was awful. No hot water, outlets don't work. Furniture was ripped. Floor tile was messed up.

Nothing People milling around the doors band didn’t feel safe even checking in.

The location was good. The bed was comfortable. The floors in my room were broken (Vinyl plank uneven and cracking). There was a stale smell throughout the hotel. The bathroom didn’t seem to have been cleaned thoroughly before my stay (there was soap residue at the bottom of the tub). Half the outlets didn’t work, and the walls had dents and holes in them. The breakfast was incredibly meager, and multiple items were stale.

The facility is well valued in the staff is very friendly... But do not use booking.com to reserve rooms here... Booking.com is highly uneducated they don't care about the customer they only care about making their commissions.... Never use booking.com!!! Staff is very friendly and accommodating.... Just don't ever use booking.com to reserve a room here.

The stairwell needed work.

Nice size, nice. 1st floor comfortable bathroom towels and all were really good. Also I had a small problem with the floor there was an issue with the tile. Something was sticking up, I told them, fix it when I left. But other than that, everything was fine.

We booked nearly last minute and were able to keep in contact with the staff based on a change in our arrival time. one of the floorboards was loose in our room, but it was clean and relatively comfortable.

The smell of smoke throughout the building, not much for breakfast even it was a cold breakfast
