Tru by Hilton Grove City Columbus

Clean room. Friendly staff. Breakfast was great!

The staff was friendly and accommodating One of the nights the hotel and parts of the city had a power outage. There is no emergency backup lighting at the hotel. This is very dangerous. I asked the staff why there wasn't a backup generator. They didn't know why.

Exceptional

Rooms very clean. Hotel clean. Staff at night was really nice

The best hotel in the world I’ll be back there on the 24th to the 25th. I love it 121 stars.

Exceptional

Great people and services. Room was outstanding and not over priced

We were in Columbus for a softball tournament and chose this Tru hotel because of it's location, free wi-fi and free breakfast. We were glad we did. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check-in was a breeze. The rooms, lobby and grounds were very clean, the bed was comfortable. There were plenty of plugs and/or ports for our devices and the internet worked great. The breakfast was good, you had your choice of two separate breakfast areas and between the two there was everything you could want. There were three elevators that worked quietly and quickly to move guests around efficiently. If I found myself in the area, I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Front desk staff, cleanliness, so many spaces to sit and gather --

Clean room, helpful staff

Fairly new and very clean. Front desk staff was very friendly and efficient.

Great staff. Great breakfast. Convenient location to all needs and mobility. Rooms efficient and clean.

All was great

It’s a clean modern property Was unable to stay due to a power outage.

GREAT STAFF WAS WONDERFUL

The staff was wonderful. The bed comfortable and the room was clean. The room was over priced. $175 a night for a plain no frills room. No coffee maker, not a comfortable chair in the room. It was pathetic. Corporate needs to rethink this brand. Not up to Hilton standards. I will not be staying again.
