This place is more like a roadside motel.

It was a very peaceful place to stay. The room was very clean. I had a beautiful view. I was welcomed very cordially and check in was seamless. Will stay here again and recommend to others.

A lovely, quiet stay on the edge of downtown Guerneville. Easily walkable to anywhere in town. The exterior of the building was a bit dated but overall the room felt comfortable and rustic.

The cottage was nice, bedrooms were clean. The tub/shower faucet did not work properly; the stove did not work at all. The floor was not clean, neither were the dishes in the cupboards.

Excellent location! Close to everything!

The room was very cleaned and contained all the desired amenities. Coffee makes, microwave oven, glassware, iron & board. Internet was spotty and dropped quite often. Also latency was very low, which caused some services that I needed to use to not work at all.

Surprises: 1. Requested room with patio and mountain view, had mountain view but presume they referred to the front entrance as a patio. 2. Got to room and there was old food in the refrigerator. Called front desk, was told to put outside and he would pick; was still there the next day. 3. Took shoes off because was in room, when I looked at bottom of feet a little while later was kind of grossed out as they were literally black from walking on floor that looked clean. Could not have ever cleaned floor. Sheets looked clean, bathroom looked clean (but so did floor).

Staff was great, location was great, price was great. Older property but perfect for our needs over the holiday weekend. Plan to stay here again.

What I would improve: the pillows - they were neck breakers, much too thick. The TV had only local channels, no streaming, no screen mirror. I didn't even know such a thing existed!

The room was a great size, everything was clean including the grounds. The pool needs some updating.

Our room (121) was adorable, spacious, and very cozy. We booked the vineyard view, and it was so peaceful and beautiful. It made for the perfect relaxing getaway. The front desk staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. They were even able to offer us a complimentary late checkout at the last minute since we were staying midweek, which we really appreciated—especially since it was our first visit. The only small issue we ran into was that we didn’t request housekeeping during our stay. Since the office closed early, we weren’t able to get fresh towels until the next morning. It was a minor inconvenience and something we’ll know to do differently next time. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway!

The facility was beautiful, and the beds were comfortable

I had trouble with the room temp adjustment.

The bed was comfortable and the view of the vineyards was lovely, but the decking fence needed paint and was covered with cobwebs. Staff was generous in giving us a late time to leave, but often, there was no one available to help us with issues, and we had to leave multiple voicemails before someone got back to us.

Exceptional

Though we did not partake in spa services, we found the room very clean and the bed very comfy. Parking was free but very tight on a Saturday night.

The first room we went to had the power shutting off, heat going out, TV non functional for the night. I raised it to the front desk and they said it was fixed, but the problems continued. They offered a refund (after I insisted a ton) and upgrade for the next day. However, we had to be very insistent. That room should never have been rented out in that condition to anybody. I suspect there were issues and they just assumed people would not complain. I had to shower in the dark, the heat stopped working at 9 PM, and the TV / lights were flickering on by themselves in the middle of the night and morning. It was like the poltergeist movie. I had to call the staff at something like 10 PM to complain that this wasn't acceptable and it kind of killed the romantic bday vibes.

Quiet green area with large swimming pool, room is huge with two beds. Very clean! There is no microwave…

The area and property are wonderful. Naveed at the front desk was the most welcoming host, engaging, inviting and always excited to see us, answer our questions and give us recommendations. The room was very large and the view of the vineyards can’t be beat for the price, area and location walking distance to town and just overall being in the redwoods. Very quiet, peaceful and a wonderful stay.
