Nice staff! I have been coming here for almost 10yrs! Same peaceful space…

Location was great. Staff was done of the most amazing staff I've ever dealt with in hotels. A first night there their system was down so they couldn't provide keys so the desk staff were running their butts off to let customers in and out of their rooms until the situation was resolved the next day. They worked hard without question and without complaining and I get them 100% props. I would stay there again 100%. Nothing to dislike the whole week was wonderful.

Everything was perfect, staff was courteous and professional

The internet was out but TV was working. Bad start! We noticed black ants in the bathroom Sunday night. Monday morning brought no hot water and more black ants. We left the hotel around 9:am to do work. We came back at 4 on Monday and the ants were now in the bed, no tv, no internet, but the Marriott system was restored and we were given key cards and moved to a new room due to the ants. TV did work in the new room so we were moved again to a different room. TV worked but no internet. Thru out the issues the staff was positive, professional and apologetic. We checked out on Tuesday morning with no offered compensation for the issues . I think the owner /management company needs to update the infrastructure.

The property is conveniently located in a nice area with restaurants and shopping. The hotel was clean and well maintained. I didn’t like that our room was next to the maintenance room and we heard machines running all day and nights for our two day stay.

Thr pool was dirty with leaves and debris from trees. Also the ants by pool are bad.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences my husband and I have ever had. The power went out for almost an hour, and the staff didn’t seem concerned at all. It became so hot in the room that we ended up sleeping in our car. No apology, no explanation, and no offer of any compensation for the inconvenience. The entire hotel appeared poorly maintained. The hallways had a strong moldy odor, the pool was filthy our entire stay and was never cleaned, the bathroom had wood that looked damaged and deteriorated, the couch was covered in stains, and the bedspread had yellow discoloration around the edges. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable. To make matters worse, we had no towels in our room, and asking housekeeping for anything felt like an inconvenience. The housekeeper, Natasha, had one of the worst attitudes I’ve ever encountered in customer service. She even left an unprofessional note on our bed, which only made an already terrible experience even worse. Natasha, I genuinely hope things improve for you, because if you’re unhappy in your job, it showed in the way guests were treated. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save yourself the money and the frustration—honestly, we would have been more comfortable sleeping outside than staying here.

Based on our room rate we expect a bit more than we found when we arrived. Not an awful place, just not planning to be a repeat customer at the price we paid this visit. Would consider if it were half the price we paid.

Clean And no complementary coffee. Don’t really care about the breakfast, but need coffee.

I was on the 5th floor and the carpet in the hallway was filthy! The tile in the hallway and bathroom was greasy and had to keep my shoes on. The refrigerator add rust stains on the door, the room decor was very old and outdated. I definitely will not stay there again!
