All was great Stayed in 2 bedroom suite room 200 and the tv's were too small

The location of the hotel was good and it was clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast each morning was good. I didn't like the smell of the room when we first got there. I sprayed so lysol, and the smell was better. I didn't like that the TV didn't have the option to watch Netflix or YouTube. Also we was on the 3rd floor of hotel and the person on the 4th floor above us moved around and stomp most of the night for the three nights we were there,, so we didn't get much rest.

Enjoyed my stay, room was clean & breakfast was good. Staff very friendly
-
The property was in a convenient location only about 10 minutes from beach. Breakfast was wonderful every morning with meat, eggs, fruit and waffles. Our room was amazing with plenty of space and refrigerator also! Would highly recommend! Staff was very friendly! Thank you so much! There was an ant problem out back at the pool and resting places. Their lounge chairs were in bad shape with chairs ripped.

Exceptional

Breakfast was great. Check in was easy and the front desk staff were great! Building is a little dated, but not a big deal-everything was clean and there was no mold. Too many spots saved for elite members
-
The location to the beach and access to OWA Tropic Falls Mold on the ceiling and management
