Payed for 2 days stad 1 left.

The manager of the property did not want to correct the issue and make it right. Traveler with a compromised immune system ended up going to the hospital because of the negligence and horrible conditions of this property. AVOID IF AT ALL POSSIBLE - YOUR HEALTH IS NOT WORTH IT!

Great air conditioning pool was perfect temperature

The staff was nice, beds were comfortable, they met all requests. LOVED IT They could have taken out outside trash more.

The front blind was broken e ND the bathroom door lock was broken.

Everything about it I liked... location to restaurants close to the beach walking distance to a lot of places kids can do and have a pool. Others in the rooms are friendly and helpful. Good thing they don't just be on you at checkout. I had my disabled mother in law with me and they did not rush us out of there or nothing. Like some of the others. Need extra items they will bring it or go to front desk and get it. Staff friendly and I recommend if your on a budget and want a good stay hit them up My phone didn't work in one room and I saw a couple of spiders but other than that everything was great

The room was very clean. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. We received clean towels daily.

it was close to down town floors need to be repaired, and they didn’t offer room cleaning services

Not very much. PAid for 2 rooms n only 1 was available.. so I need a refund for the 2nd room.. Not accommodating for someone who is in a wheelchair..

No internet tv - although it was on the hotel channel ( was told it doesn’t always work) No wash clothes til day 3 Manager was rude & disrespectful (Front desk staff were great though)had to get another night at the start of the trip Room was $108 I don’t think I’ll be visiting another RRI. I was always happy with my RRI stays in other locals. Not this one.

Pool had mold all around above water line. Just dumping chemicals don’t make a clean pool. Bed had stains on bed spread. Not a very clean place at all.

The location is great. Staff are welcoming. Pool is clean. Air conditioning works great in rooms. Accommodations were met to the best of their abilities. No breakfast. No laundry area to wash clothes. Only had one wash rag and two towels for 3 people. Had to ask for our floors and coffee pots to be cleaned when we arrived.

Close to the beach Phone wasn’t working for wake up call

This was the worst place I've stayed with expedia don't go to property floors sticky shower curtain broke iron was gone coffee couldn't drink creamer so was hard you could make rocks out of it sheets had stuff on both beds I had my own bedding I will never go to another red roof thanks to that one I have pics

Location ok. Cheap stay. Friendly front desk help Update the place. Better bathroom. Clean up a bit more

The location is good and the pool area was nice. The shower wouldn't drain, we had 3 adults staying and they only supplied 2 towels. Didnt get any room service at all for the whole 4 days we were there! Had to supply our own toilet paper and towels for showers. Go elsewhere. The people that live in this motel sit on the stairs smoking Marijuana and cigarettes all day so you have to move around them each time you go up and down stairs... Had an outlet shoved into a wall at the head of our bed which is a major fire hazard and not a room change or etc. Could go on an on but you get the point. Go elsewhere.
