Hampton Inn Gulf Shores

The room had trash on the floor, used hand towels shoved near the toilet paper, mold inside the wall decor frame, moldy lamp shade on desk and wires visibly tangled in the bottom corner of the AC unit. All issues could be prevented easily with properly performing the daily duties.

Wifi was limited without extra fees for upgrade.

Everything was perfect.

This Hampton Inn was only a 4-minute drive to Gulf Shores and it did not disappoint. The rooms were clean and smelled good. The staff was nice and the breakfast was really good. What I liked most it that although they looked sold out, everything was peaceful and not crowded. 10 out of 10

We loved the location. We listed special medical accommodations and they were fulfilled. Thank you Hampton Inn ! It does not have a much needed jacuzzi

I was very pleased with my room, I was very pleased with breakfast.

Pool was ok The staff was very rude and not accommodating at all. The beds were hard. I had to go to the desk and get towels to shower and wash with because they do not bring to your room or give you enough towels for amount of people in your room. Parking is horrible. If you come back in the evening and there is no parking you have to park at wells Fargo or holiday inn express two buildings over which is not attached to the building or parking lot. I will not stay at this location again. When I ask to speak with the manager he was just as rude as his staff. The walls and base boards are really nasty dirty.

The hotel was great. The pool was nice and clean and breakfast was excellent. Only complaint was that the bathroom door wouldn't stay close. We had to put something to keep it closed.

My room has a strong odor and there was mold in the bathroom. I reported to front desk and no one ever came to speak with me about my concern.

The location was excellent. The gentlemen at front desk was amazing. The breakfast was always a wait for food. The food attendants wore bonnets on her hair. It was hard to get towel replacements, the towels were cheap and worn out. The bed was very low to the floor.

Breakfast was fresh and very good. Parking was good staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Room was clean. Only problem we had was trash was not pick up. I had to take out the trash. The only improvement

Location Noise level of other guests was incredibly loud and disrespectful. Thank goodness I have a sound device to help with that. I know hotel staff cannot always control this. Just bad timing to be surrounded by teenagers on a trip. Walls are paper thin!

Breakfast was good. Cleanliness of grounds. And pool.

Beds were comfy, breakfast was ok. Breakfast could have had more hot options. Cleanliness isn't the best. There was leftover food crumbs on the floors of both rooms we stayed in when we got there. Our first room leaked water from the ceiling so we had to move rooms and the second room had mold on the ceiling above the bathtub. Not very clean.
