Perfect hotel for the budget traveler.
-
Room absolutely stank like mildew to the point it made me nauseous. Slept with a shirt over my mouth and nose. Bathroom was dirty and hair on every towel and in beds. And it was expensive. Terrible hotel experience
-
The location is good, the staff is also good, and the room was very clean. However, the hotel carpet is very old and doesn't smell very nice.
-
We had 4 rooms booked all smelled horrible one family had to leave due to the smell and we had to have our room changed so the the smell. It smelled musty.

Maintenance need to check rooms on a more regular basis to check the small things, ie all light bulbs that may need replacing, toilet is secured to the floor well. It don’t seem like the owner takes pride in their property.
-
Our room had water under the flooring and had to get towels to lay on the dirty floor. Hair in the shower. Not a great place but that’s why’s it’s cheap I guess.

I love Iiked that it wasn't far from the beach. I dislike the fact that the room didn't meet they commitment to a clean sanitized room. Lotion bottle on the wall was filthy, the hand hair blower was filthy, behind the beside dresser was filthy. Roach was seen in the room, when brought to housekeeper attention she just said sorry and didn't try to come in and clean.

Clean rooms

The staff needs to be friendlier :)

Where do I begin? Poor customer service, doors to bedrooms where crooked would shut all the way with out pulling shut, no safety bars in shower, toilets was wobbly, I could go on but it won’t let me put anymore in this box. Wasn’t worth the money we paid.

No issues. No frills but the bed was clean and we did not eat breakfast. Close enough to the Wharf for concert one night.
-
I liked how friendly and attentive the staff was. Breakfast needs more variety. We were there for 2 breakfasts and they should serve different thing each day, not the same hot breakfast.everyday. Beds were hard as well.

Filthy , a woman tried to drug me in the parking lot , bed bugs, dirty sheets and comforter

It did what it needed to do

This property needs some TLC. The pool looks like it has not been painted for a long time. It wouldn’t cost much to put a few potted palms and plants/flowers in the pool area to make it more inviting and pleasant. The bed was very sad. The mattress sat on a foldable mattress frame from Walmart. The toilet paper roll was rusting, and there were many areas where things had been replaced or re-hung where touch of paint was lacking. The staff dress very sloppily in T-shirts and jeans. I would expect them to be in a business casual Quality Inn polo and khakis. It would be more inviting to have the fountain in the lobby working. The elevator looks a bit beat up, and the breakfast area looks a bit worn too. The pictures online are a bit deceiving, But I guess you get what you pay for.

Staff was very friendly and polite The location Was next to a busy street but it was surprisingly quiet
-
Absolutely disgusting. Mold all over mattresses and bedding, curtains everywhere was nasty. We switched to a new rom and still had the same issue. I would never stay here again.
-
Was not clean, loud neighbors, foul smell

The front desk young man, didn't get his name, was awesome. The other front desk staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good, rooms ok, could use a chair in the rooms. All in all, ok.

Close to beach Mold everywhere. Shower ran all night. Rain water seeped in through the wall and got all of our stuff wet.
