Staff was friendly, hotel was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was great, nice variety of Hot meal options.

First of all, every single staff member in this hotel was friendly, knowledgeable, and obliging. I have never stayed in a hotel where the staff was so amazing. Secondly, our room was clean and free of any odors. The bathroom was spotless and all of the appliances were in good working order. I am going to go ahead and reserve more rooms here for Thanksgiving travel.

The breakfast was delicious. There were many options to choose from. LOVED the pool. It was clean and maintained. It is not a huge pool, but it was great. The only issue I would say we had was the lake of chairs in the dining space. There were not enough for the tables.

The elevators broke down and we were on the 4th floor. I'm handy cap and need a walker. So climbing the stairs would have been very difficult for me. They did get one elevator working. So that was really the only problem.

They allowed me to extend my checkout time due to an emergency. That was a blessing to know that we didn't have add getting checked out at normal checkout time on top of the other chaos. There really wasn't anything we weren't pleased with. The staff was all super sweet and very attentive.
