Great view and large room. King bed was very comfortable. Toilet in room definitely needed some attention. All the transitions from the parking lot to the lobby and pathways to the room could be done better, made it difficult to roll the cart without items trying to fall off cart. Restaurant in hotel was great. Overall nice hotel.

Good Location on Lake Guntersville. Great views Clean room, water was lukewarm in the shower and steamy hot in the sink. Comfortable Beds, Helpful staff, Good Breakfast Room security bar was broken, missing a screw. Roku television was inaccessible with given remote for basic channels even with help from front desk coming to the room. Biggest surprise was when we got to the property we realized it was a motel instead of a hotel. Not a private balcony but table and chairs in a breezeway. Property description and pictures was good yet deceiving on property style. Probably would not chosen this property.

I liked the beds, sheets, pool, and outside seating area behind the hotel. The food was good. I didn't like the old door locks and security, the road and people noise, the floor wasn't clean, the toilet lid wasn't attached, there was bugs. The price for what you're getting is too high.

Great location. Very clean employees very nice. Very nosey. Our room was 101 it was were people walked pass from restaurant & bar. Not much sleep while we were there.

I liked that it was on the water and the staff was very friendly. I did not like that we were given a handicap room that honestly smelled like a nursing home and even had the extra large handicap bathroom with the removable adjustable shower seat! The toilet had definately not been cleaned! We had to get soap and wash it down before using it. On the other hand the bed sheets were clean and comfortable and I used my perfume to help the room smell better. Even though the room was nonsmoking, ashtrays were placed on tables outside the rooms for anyone passing to use! The patio isn't private. It's a walkway for all guests. The pool was nice, but placed just outside their downstairs pub. Even though they had a small playground and outdoor pool, I would not consider it family friendly for those who don't smoke or drink. Location was very nice, but this was not for us .
