We ended up leave a day early because there was a man going door to door knocking and running up and down the balcony all night and early morning. When we told the staff they non-chalantly told us “oh he’s on drugs”. Also we went to get towels and no body was in the office nor did they come to the counter. The water coming from the faucet smells like bleach. Holes in doors. And as we went to let them know we were leaving that we wanted a refund due to the man who we called the cops on the lady told me no and then proceeded to answer a call and booked our room again that night to someone else. I’m extremely unsatisfied I felt unsafe with my child and they did absolutely nothing to help me. Would not recommend this to my worst enemy.

The property management was very friendly and helpful. They are always so accommodating to my needs of a bottom floor room and I always get the room I requested. I’m a very frequent visitor and would highly recommend them. Nothing at all

Roaches everywhere! No internet service. People definitely living here. Roaches even in the bed. Filthy bathroom. Door has huge gaps in it. Super disgusting.

Absolutely nothing There were dead and live roaches everywhere we ask to change rooms same thing in the second room and the only reason we stayed is they wouldn't refund our money and couldn't afford the pay for another one it was the most god-awful horrible place it should be shut down

The beds are comfy Nasty. Bathroom gross. Flip on the light to see carl the cockroach trying to escape the sink drain. And the inside of the doors looked as if someone was trying to claw their way out.

Love the hot tub and shower!Bed is really comfy! Room wasn't ready at checkin and housekeeping woke me up 3 times before checkout time!Wifi kept goin in & out!

Big TV Extensive water damage and the place smelled like cat piss. BAD! TV was ready to fall of the wall. Outside looked like a war zone. Had Roaches.

Check out was 11:00 am.. the housekeeper knocked on my door at 9:30 wanted to clean room.i told office and he said they have to start early because checkin is at 1:pm..not my problem,maybe change checkout time or checkin time…or hire more housekeeping.. See above
