All I have to say really is that the morning we were leaving, I go to take a shower & it didn't work... a trickle was coming out of the faucet & it definitely wasn't enough pressure to make the shower actually work. We had a long drive ahead of us, so we just got packed up & when I went to check out I let the front desk know we couldn't shower... which really is unacceptable for the cost of hotels these days. He asked if I wanted to take a shower in another room- um, no, we were ready to leave... he said he couldn't refund me because I booked through Expedia. I asked for a credit to stay at another Best Western at another time & he said no, it could only be at that one... I have no plans to be by that town ever again, so we were S.O.O.L. very disappointing Best Western!

Specifically wanted to note as I am traveling with all females, we were very uncomfortable having an outside motel room and the lack of awareness of thought to ask if felt okay with placement as this is location was known for a hotel not motel as feeling we are feeling tricked. When the receptionist said your room has easy accessibility, it would be best in future to say it’s the outlet building out around the side to be true.
