My family and I showed up after a 14 hour drive only to be told they lost our reservation. I had all my information. Screenshots of the original booking, confirmation numbers. It didn’t matter. They said that because I booked through booking.com, they couldn’t do anything except make a new reservation… for $60 more! They refused to honor the original price. I called booking.com and went back and forth between them and the hotel for over an hour. Booking.com was helpful- they said everything on their end was good to go, but that the hotel wouldn’t accept the payment. The front desk employee pretended to be helpful, but in truth was not. I had to insist she call booking.com because she didn’t answer the phone when they tried to contact her about my issue. She kept saying how booking.com is horrible and always makes mistakes. She also sat in silence for a while and then acted like they hung up on her. In the end we went down the street to a Best Western that was wonderful and a lower price. I also had to call the hotel twice to ask them for a refund, which they said they did, but it never came through. I called booking.com about the refund. It took about an hour, but they finally made it happen for me.

The room was spacious and clean. Comfortable beds. A huge storm blew through in the middle of the night and knocked out power to part of our room, which was odd. Just the main living area was out. The bathroom power stayed on and the A/C worked, so we rolled with it. There wasn't anything they could do to fix it, and other parts of town lost power entirely, so it could have been worse. I recommend the place.

Staff was great. Breakfast was really good. Our room has a damaged window and something all over the fan unit. Fitness room was terrible. Treadmill out of order and the cycle pedal needs to be repaired.

Best coffee I’ve had at a hotel Air conditioner made a whistling noise similar to vacuum cleaner or hair blower. Not real loud but audible. Also, random tapping noises, probably from the plumbing.
