When I got in the room there was water on the floor then started to see puddles of water by the sink area. Around 11 PM the ceiling in the restroom was dripping lots of water like the room above mine was flooding. The staff got me into another room pretty quick although the room was much smaller than the one I had. I thought I should have been given a refund or get compinsated somehow. Also when I asked if I had any pets I told her I have a support dog and the lady at the desk asked for a tag number for my dog which I am pretty sure they aren't allowed to ask for.

Pictures are false advertising, restaurant is not open, pool is filled in with grass growing in it. Things just look different than the pictures. No where near that nice and remodeled. The fridge was missing the back feet so had a lean. The Tv was on, but not working. Missing handles on the bathroom faucet. Then to top it off, woke up to a German cockroach crawling on the bed next to my toddler…. We left immediately and will never return!

The location was on the same route I was traveling. It was an old out dated property. No amenities. The room had several flies in it. The guest next door had a huge Rottweiler that was barking at me and my grandkids. I was glad to leave.

This was our second overnight stay. We stayed on our way from AZ to IA and again on our way back to AZ. It was clean and comfortable. We have two dogs…one service and one not service and paid 10 pet fee. Reasonable. Since we travel with pets our motel choices are limited. This place has a nice restaurant on the property and we had burgers and wow….so good!!!!

The room was very clean and bed comfy. TV very small and did not like location of our room. This motel had rooms sort of off property and so we were in a neighborhood and not a good one. It is like these few rooms were behind the rooms on property, very strange. But rooms were clean.

The room was good- and friendly staff. Advertised a pool- there wasn’t one. Advertised a on site restaurant- there wasn’t one. But no problems- the location had plenty around them. I would stay again. Thanks

The managers were nice. The room and the beds were good. The location made me feel a little uneasy. There seemed to be bars on both ends of the area we were staying in and a lot of activity. People were sitting in their vehicles by each place. The town needs help making the town feel more welcoming. The outside looked run down and worn.

The picture of the exterior on booking is not correct. It shows a two story new hotel. This is an older roadside motel. I almost canceled my reservation when I pulled up. But the room was very clean and the mattress was great.
