Quality Inn & Suites Guymon East

Although it was a non-smoking hotel, the first room was smoked in previously so we had to change rooms. The second room sleeps six, which is what our family needs, but there were not enough towels and not enough linens for the bed. There were stains on the chairs/couch, dog food in the lower dresser drawer, and pieces of food along the bottom of the beds. The shower was also flaking off the top layer of the liner to tub. The staff was helpful, but the place was a mess.

Breakfast service could be better and friendlier staff would be a plus. Rooms could use a better cleaning towels looked souled and dirty.

The room, staff and breakfast were all good. Unfortunately, a cattle truck full of cows parked in the lot right behind my room. Those cows mowed all night long. The hotel may not have known about it, but maybe they should suggest such noisy trucks should park farther away from rooms.

I was disappointed with the room. Major deferred maintenance. The bathroom was a major ick. It has an old stained up and dirty toilet that’s about 10 inches off the ground. The bed was hard and had some type of foam pieces for pillows. Very uncomfortable.

The first and major problem i had was that we didn't get a handicap room like I requested, we were put on the 3rd floor and the elevator went out constantly. Didn't get to enjoy the pool or hot tub because of the elevator. Everything else was very nice and clean just didn't like being stranded on the 3rd floor

Parking was atrocious. Obviously it’s not monitored as a pickup truck with a trailer pulled across 4 spaces and was actually parked into a driving lane. Breakfast was the usual gross and disgusting microwave eggs and bacon. For an extra $10 stay at the Best Western. They make your breakfast to order. Check in was a bit rough as well, the property was…yeah clean but really could use some upkeep here and there.

Beds were comfy and the hot water was actually hot not lukewarm like other places we've stayed. In need of update and repair. Paint peeling in bathtub; shower head faucet had the plate pulled away and could see hole in the wall; paint chipping/peeling in bathroom; weird orange color spots on bathroom wall near vanity, reminded me of grease spots in a kitchen; among other similar maintenance issues. Elevator sounded a little iffy when it reaches the 3rd floor. Unlike other reviews did not see any pests or bug issues. Place was clean, just in need of an update.

It was normal fare. Well laid out and taken care of. To start every key card we got worked exactly once. We would leave and come back and had to make a trip back downstairs to get key card reactivated. Not just once or twice but virtually every time we left. Maintenance in the bathroom especially was terrible. Plumbing in the shower was loose, wondered if it was going to come off in our hands. Grout missing on tile, shower curtain rod barely hanging on, etc. Work out room was bad, half the machines didn't work.

Cleaning personal to loud in the morning, cleaning two rooms from us and can hear everything.

Rooms were not cleaned. Smelled like cigarettes and very uncomfortable pillows. Also saw rats and insects in the hallways of the 2nd floor. I came here with my family as we were on our way back home. We were disgusted.

Property was okay. The toilet was not able to be used in our room, and had to go down to the lobby each time. Hot tub was broken and not able to use it after a long days motorcycle ride.

Convenient location. Very comfortable bed. Pillows were tiny.
