Clean room, staff helpful

We stayed here via a reservation and after 12 1/2 hours of car traveling we were road-weary on July 25. What a pleasant surprise when we reached the property in Hagerstown,MD. The front desk manager was so friendly and helpful and quickly resolved a minor issue in our room. The room itself was spacious and clean and the king bed was most welcome. A great value for our money and we would definitely stay here again

Free breakfast was disappointing.

Our room was missing a few things. The bathroom door didn't have a lock, which was inconvenient. We booked the room for five guests, but there weren't enough towels for everyone, and no bedding was provided for the pullout sofa bed. The front desk promptly provided the towels and bedding when we requested them, which we appreciated. However, it would have been nice if those items had already been in the room, especially since we arrived late.

Everything was great. have stayed there several times in conjunction with a event at Mason Dixon Dragway. Use the lobby/breakfast area to get together every evening without a hitch.

Pool is closed. Ants in the room and bed. Bathroom fan was extremely loud.

The room was in good shape. It is about time to be refreshed, but overall a good clean room. Typical breakfast for this grade of hotel. Egg cheese sausage sandwiches that could be heated in the microwave. Biscuits and gravy, waffles.

It wasn’t that clean found old dried up food in room and poop on the shower wall

The sheets were stained and had bugs. When letting the front desk know I was told there were not any other rooms available. I asked to get my money back and he said he did not know how to do a refund. I reported this to Expedia and will be asking for my money back. Not only was the bed sheets filthy but the walls in the hallway were not clean either. Management needs to be reviewed at this hotel. We ended up leaving and getting a room in a different hotel. BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL!!

No receipt for the for the first time ever and I e stayed at tons of booking . Com hotels! I’m done with booking .com and comfort inn. Lousy horrible breakfast

There were storms in the area and the motel plus the whole block lost power. The young man working the guest checking did an excellent job taking care of everyone. He walked each person to their room and to unlock the doors.
