Comfort Suites Hagerstown

Convenient location. Since we are elderly and handicapped, we cannot climb stairs. We had reservations in advance but were assigned Rm 315 & elevator was NOT operational!!! Elevator not operating. Limited breakfast. Old decor. Told the hotel rooms on first 2 floors were filled but never saw any people at hotel!!

Elevator was broken. Bathroom sink clogged. Super loud bathroom fan. Stains everywhere couch and carpet looked like a bloodstain on floor. Towels were rough like sandpaper time to buy new towels. Bright hallway light shines through the door. Breakfast smelled good. I just wanted to go home. This was a last minute choice but I would not stay here again.

Very good

How friendly and helpful the front desk staff was! Nothing at all everything was great

Ok Couldn't get the top shower head to turn on. The draw next to the bed was dirty where someone had kept food. Need knee surgery and was put down at the end of the hall or had to use the ramp at the other end of the hall, already discussed with the family we would not stay there again.

Convenience of the hotel to our travels and the price via Booking.com The desk clerk may have been having a bad day or her personal life wasn’t good-whatever the reason she was less than hospitable-didn’t greet us or tell us to enjoy our stay-very stand-offish

Breakfast was good… Biscuits and gravy and yogurt, good Bathroom - dead spiders on floor. Dog poop near exit door

When I checked in around midnight, the receptionist didn’t even talk to me, she was abrupt and unwelcoming. Otherwise, the room was basic and mostly clean and was comfortable. The breakfast was good. Parking was not well lit. I might stay there again.

Spacious room Breakfast was ok.

Breakfast was ok.

Front desk person didn’t speak to me, was very weird. I mentioned this to the front desk when I checked out and they said the person is shy. Why would they be in hospitality is my response. Breakfast was poor, bed was comfortable. The pull out sofa was horrible.

Very good and clean olsce

Low cost , good value

, good value

Clean room no pet smell loud bathroom exhaust fan

Amenities were fine, but was great, and breakfast offered all you needed. Only one suggestion: a grab bar on the outside of the tub/shower. Otherwise, a good stay.

Nice place to stay.

Good location, friendly front desk. Walls a little thin and occasional noise from something running. Breakfast could’ve had more options but not bad.

I saw some of the terrible reviews, so I asked the worker if I could look at the room prior to booking which they allowed. The room was clean, lots of space, with many channels to choose from. Not a smart TV, but I hat access to HBO, music channels, etc. Breakfast was decent. The worker were helpful and friendly. The small gym is functional. This place was perfect for its location, budget, and the friendly staff.
