The Plaza Inn & Suites

Run down. There were stains on the bed linens. Little pieces of dirt on pillows. Bathroom was dirty. Very disappointing.

Parking lot is hard to find even with Google maps. One of my two beds was broken. Towels were ether stained or dirty. Dirt in tub hair in tub. Property could be nice with better care

The lamp on the desk was broken. There was no fan in the bathroom. The bath tub was dirty. The toilet paper holder was broken. There was supposed to be a microwave in the room however there wasnt. The only microwave was a tiny dirty one in a hallway adjacent to the lobby. The pool had a sign stating it was closed although when I asked the staff they said it was open, very confusing. It was supposed to be a non-smoking hotel; apparently someone was smoking in the hallway so everyone was woken up to a fire alarm. The staff tried to say there was no problem, then firemen in full gear came in and the smoke which was not cigarette smoke could be seen and smelled in the lobby.

Walked into the room and it smelled like cat and dog pee. The bathroom was gross, the pool looked like it hasn’t been cleaned.

Horrible.

This is the worst hotel you could possibly stay in. The pool was closed and cloudy. There was no ice or anything. The tub did not drain when we were up finding something out. Another person said that their toilet wouldn’t flush. It was dirty. The lock was broken off in the bathroom and kind of glued back in the front door lock the extra lock. It was broken not working. It was just a terrible experience. I would tell everyone not to stay there.

I love the hotel nice room and the inside courtyard with the pool was nice! The only problem I had is when we first got there the hallway smell like mold!

Polluted with bed bugs, filthy and stinky..staff was smart and said I didn't have a room there, wouldn't let me answer, threaten me with the police and then made me leave on the spot

The gentleman working was nice an genuinely felt bad but there was no convincing me to keep my family there Have yet to hear back about getting money back

Switch room cause there was fungus growing in the cieling the was swithed to a room that smellded like mildew and no a.c.

The TV it was very annoying to operate, barely any of the channels worked, and you don't even know what channel you are actually on most of the time. But then again you get what you pay for I guess.

I went to try and shower only to find that the water was brown and the toilet didn’t flush. Staff was not helpful with finding the elevator so I had to lug everything up the steps to my room.

Please don’t book this place. There are cars in the parking lot on blocks with no tires. The lobby is half blocked off due to falling support beam. The room was clean but vey old. The mattress was discussing.

Nasty hotel - dirty, cigarette burns on the bedspread, box spring covered in plastic.

One side of the wall, they had no electricity to it so we could not watch television and we ended up getting bedbugs

Free breakfast and pool but otherwise I want a refund it's bs Unclean rooms ...dirty elevators... bathroom still had dirty towels and water in the tub

The service and people were great. The pool was a nice way to relax I ended up staying another night. It was worth it
