The people were amazing and nice. The shower pressure was slow but we made it work cause it was our first visit to Boston.

the lady up front was helpful bathrooms are in very bad condition

Check in and out lady was super nice. She even chased away someone trying to sneak into breakfast on Sat Good dark window coverings. Lots of towels. Comfy bed(although really squeaky when you flip from side to side) Big mini fridge Cons- They didn't have the breakfast items for all of breakfast. On Sat it was all almost cleaned up on completely by 9. And on Sunday- They ran out of the hot protein, well before 9am and when I asked for more I was told no. But other person there was told they could have a serving. And everything else was heavy gluten or fake sweetener. Not so great for dietary issues... Annoying microwave that locks Everytime you use it, not really handicapped friendly. And I know they made The door in the bathroom was completely warped like at least 6 inches up the door was totally water rotted. The guy on overnight duty was really loud and made noise well after 2am. Which is unsettling when you are alone in a hotel room trying to sleep. The pad under the keyboard for the computer in the common area was trash and they could replace it for less that $5. The vending machine had capri sun and microwaved popcorn and like gusher candies. Like literally only 4 of the slots in the entire machine had snacks. The last two are easy fixes. Like I knew what I was getting when the nights were so cheap. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't good either. And I'm not even sure what amenities there were-

The room was gross. Blood on the comforter, mattress stained and hardly covered by a protector, etc. Everything smells like weed.
-
Older facility that needs some “love” to bring it back
-
Room was clean. Breakfast choices were decent. Hallway smelled of Marijuana.
-
The room was clean and newly renovated but they kept some of the old stuff like the main door and the TV for example. The fridge was set on freezer mode. Everything we put in it at midnight was frozen by 7 am. The see through curtains were missing.

The bullet proof glass on reception desk wasn't shown on ad, the room had mildew smell, bedding musty, breakfast served highly lacking, we just stayed driving through 1 night and booked on the fly, terrible, Do Not Stay Here!!

Location was fine Outside and inside were in poor shape and the room had an unpleasant odor to it.

Everything is good except the breakfast

My stay was unpleasant. The front desk staff was very impolite, and the room smelled horrible. I do not recommend this hotel

Hallways reeked of mold, and cigarettes. Room was dirty, ice bucket had what looked like orange dried kool aid around the rim and the bucket was wet. Soap holders in the shower looked like they had never been clean. A lot of layers of caked soap on both, chunks of purple stuff, mold in corners of shower. Pubic hair on walls, along with chunks of white substance on bathroom shower walls.

Not good breakfast. Also, I had to called the agent, becausde the clerk didn't want to accept that the incidentals were covered

Breakfast was below average food. Coffee was hot. It less than desirable taste. .

The staff was amazing, so nice and accommodating. The hotel itself needs a series upgrade. The hallway smelled terribly of Marijuana and smoke, which is not their fault. The vending area by our room did not have an ice machine. You had to go to the main entrances. There are different doors to park in front of to be nearest your room, also, there is no elevator to the 2nd floor. It was perfect for the late check in and quick stay, but definitely need some TLC.

Humidity in the room, bad smell and chemical breakfast ( juice and mini cakes ),

Overall the rooms were clean and the staff friendly. The issue was breakfast. We specifically booked this place for the free breakfast as we were getting in late and needed to get right back on the road. That being said they had waffles and bread choices white bread, muffins, english muffins and mini micro bagels and some cereal and that was it. There were bananas that were in a bowl that were just about done as they were browned pretty good and mushy and when I went to grab one a bunch of fruit flies flew all over the place so needless to say I put it back. Orange juice was completely out. Would have expected eggs, sausage, bacon maybe potatoes like other places. I just ate a english muffin would have been happy with a normal bagel maybe everything or sesame but they just had plain mini bagels.

I was then moved to a third room (209). The sheets were clean, but the fridge had standing water in the bottom, was not level, and leaked onto the floor when opened. I didn’t feel safe putting my food in it because I didn’t know how long the water had been there or if there was mold. The room phone also wasn’t connected. Overall, the hotel felt poorly maintained and did not meet basic cleanliness or safety standards.
