Very good breakfast - much better that the usual we have experienced at other “one night stay” hotels.

The beds were so incredibly comfy!!! Everything was great!

Close to everything I needed to do and go see clean property friendly employees and very helpful. Needs a place outdoors specifically for dogs

We will definitely be staying here again! The staff, especially Derek, were so welcoming and friendly. The hotel was very clean, the hot breakfast was great, and the hot tub was the perfect way to relax after a long drive. The front desk staff were also very helpful. We loved that there was plenty of shopping and other things to do nearby. Thank you again to all the staff (ladies at breakfast area) for being so kind and helpful. I appreciate you all. Highly recommend!

My stay was excellent, breakfast is something I typically do not do being vegetarian, but I have enjoyed the egg white omelets at Holiday in and a few other items. On Saturday morning the egg whit omelets were not on the menu, but a lady with the kitchen staff offered to make me a few. Her attitude and actions impressed me and made my stay even better. Kudos to the entire staff for their attentiveness and customer service.

Even though this was only for one night, if I ever go through Hagerstown, MD again, this is the hotel I will book. Kieran was helpful at check in, the room was really clean and comfy, the breakfast options were good and there were decent choices of restaurants around the property both in walking distance or driving. Would definitely recommend.

Staff was helpful. Breakfast was good and kitchen was clean. Food staff was on top of everything from cleanliness to keeping food line full.

We had a very nice stay. We used the wonderful hot tub after a long day of walking .it was so nice. The beds in our room were very comfortable. The room was very clean. The microwave and fridge were appreciated. The bathtub/shower and room was beautiful and clean. Buffet breakfast was delicious.easy check in check out.

This is a Five-Star property. The room was spacious and the bathroom had an expansive countertop. The breakfast was excellent and the service friendly.

Check in was easy , we went up to our room to put out belongings away, made a 2nd trip to the room and went out for dinner. Returned to have our keys unable to open the door, went to the lobby they rescanned my room key to try again. Nothing...so they try the master fob key, nothing. We had to sit outside our room for an hour while they REPLACE THE AA BATTERIES that work the doors. But still nothing. Another 2 hours we wait for another maintenance person that "might" get us in the room but maybe not until morning....um what! My pet is inside! They give us a dummy room with no keys to get in only said we need to alternate who leaves the room so we dont get locked out of that room. WHAT!? 12:30 am they use a giant wire to run under the door to open it. No refund was given, no extra night was offered and no late check out time other that 1 hour. I booked this room to use the pool and hot tub and I never got to use the amenities I booked for.
