Hotel appears to be a bit old. Could use some remodeling

Very quiet heating system. Very quiet for sleeping. Clean and safe place to stay. Nice hot water for shower. The bed was like laying on the sidewalk. Very hard and uncomfortable. Did not sleep well at all.

We always stay here. No other hotel is as good.

The hotel was close to amenities. The property felt very run down and some parts were very dirty. One elevator floor was covered in a sticky dark substance and the bathroom floor in our room was also sticky and cracked. A pet peeve of mine is lack of seating in a room. The pictures of the type of room I booked showed two armchairs. The room had been “upgraded” I guess with a chaise lounge, making it impossible for two people to both have comfortable seating. Our door was very difficult to open. I would not stay here again.

People were great. Location was easy to find. The rooms were clean. Unfortunally for us the tissues in the bathroom was empty, and the staff at the front desk couldn't locate a box of tissues for us. The breakfast was poor. No milk, no sugar free cereals (my wife is a diabetic). Selection could have had more, but the coffee was good.

The location was nice and the staff were friendly The facility was extremely run down and outdated. The overwhelming smell of pool chemicals as soon as you walk in the door, the elevators were filthy and smelled bad. The 4th floor seems to be occupied by permanent residents which is very off-putting for a hotel. The room was old and the carpet and furniture was stained. Water stains on the ceilings in the bathroom and brewery outdated fixtures. Nothing like the photos online, if we would've been able to find a different room at the last minute we would not have stayed here.

The cost and location were key for me.i did look at reviews as well.many good reviews. Bonus I didn't realize there was a mic and fridge! Also fitness room! Pool was awesome. Wished I had more time to enjoy! The lighting was not so bright.i realize most of one's time there is to sleep but to read or craft one bright light would be useful.

The room smelled like dirty socks when we walked in. Carpet was dirty.

The room is very clean, nice setup, great ambience. Also, this hotel is in a strategic location, close to nearby shops and eateries.

Ice machine was broken on 4th floor. Had to go from 6th down to 1st floor near pool area.

I sent in a recent email about how horrible my stay was! Was filthy staff was so rude! Had to leave and purchase blankets and pillows, and towels, because staff wouldn’t give us any. I’m just upset that I even made a reservation here.

Loved everything about this hotel! Pool was fantastic, great on premises restaurant, large room with great bed. Well stocked items we needed.

The beds were extremely comfortable!! Best sleep I've gotten in years! I loved that there was a mini fridge in the bathroom (how fancy?!) Pretty good price too especially since it sat in the middle of everything. Not a far drive to get food or go shopping. Will return. Honestly, there wasn't anything I didn't like!

Eggs were good but limited choices and no juice. Earlier check would have been appreciated during Tropical storm. TV s need to to updated instead of analog channels. WTH is up with the station with the graphic equalizer from 1993? What is that for?

The is a wonderful place we have stayed many times. Clean and very well maintained. There is never a complaint with this hotel.
