Courtyard Marriott Hagerstown

Upon check in everything went well until the GM informed me of a $150 incidental hold that would be placed on my card because the booking was from a third party site. After telling her it wasn’t gonna happen they got it down to $20. The stay was nice, room was awesome for the value in comparison to other hotels in the area for the weekend. Bistro downstairs offered food but had to buy it, not complimentary. Lower level offered a pool, hot tub and laundry room. I do recommend the Z buffet down the street for food.

We only stayed one night and I picked well. This hotel has comfy beds and the rooms are large. Google Maps brought me right to the front door and check in couldn’t have been easier. All the staff were friendly and helpful. So many places to eat lunch and dinner that it was hard to choose. Another plus was that it was so easy to get on and off from 81.

The entire state was excellent, including the room the staff the hotel all was excellent

Very clean hotel. Near a lot of different restaurants.

Room was clean and spacious. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. Front desk staff were incredibly helpful. Will stay here again next time we're in the area.

Typical corporate feel, clean , met need for stay over on way to east coast. Mall nearby with decent eats.

Fine stay, good location

The hotel seemed clean but had an old smell to it. The room was large but dusty in places and the bottom of the shower door was dirty. There is no complementary coffee in the lobby but the Starbucks for purchase was good. It was ok for a quick overnight stop but I would not stay there again. There are many hotels in the area and feel like I can do better somewhere else for $200.
