It need a deep cloning of all rooms and more frenly personal

A nice stop on our trip. Clean room and bathroom and facilities. Nice breakfast and friendly staff at check in.

The carpet need cleaning in the room and the front..need some maintenance and upgrades to look good. This is a good location to stay but hotel need some uplift. Beds were good and the tub was nice. Breakfast was decent. Enough parking spaces

Always a great experience

Room Was huge. The hotel does show signs of wear. Carpet in halls are dirty. Amenities are terrific. Staff is outstanding.

The tv selection is not good

Staff was friendly and courteous. The hotel was a bit dated and the front entrance sidewalk and carpets were very dirty full of leaves the glass not clean. The side entrance near the elevators did not feel safe was not well lighted, but the hotel was quiet and adequate for our needs. Their breakfast buffet or continental breakfast was also good with sausage, links, cheese, omelettes, and eggs and bacon, as well as cranberry juice.

The staff was very helpful and nice. definitely felt welcome. The room was clean even to my impossible standards. the breakfast was great and filling. the only suggestion i would make about that is maybe putting a sign with the waffles that says when it beeps flip it over. I literally stared at it almost in tears trying to figure out what I did wrong and how to fix it. I feel like an idiot and I hope you all get a laugh out of this review for it.

Convenient stop during travel. Fine Breakfast!

Clean spacious seemingly newly renovated room with large bathroom, nice products in the bathroom, very comfortable bed and refrigerator and microwave. Good breakfast included. Located in a mall area with a Popeyes Chicken in the same lot. Recommend!

Room was filthy particularly the bathroom. Room stunk like body odor and cigarettes, very displeased and realistically since I didn’t complain while I was there, I should receive a refund or discount.

Clean, large room with a comfortable bed. AC was cold and we had a comfortable night's rest. This is the second time we have stayed here and will stay again.

Very clean room and nice jetted tub. Staff was very nice and answered any question we had. The breakfast was outstanding especially the waffle maker. The whole place is very clean and in an excellent location. Parking was easy as there was a lot of spaces.

the fact that there was a small kitchen was a life saver

The staff was very attentive and courteous and gave service with a smile. The breakfast food was excellent and they were courteous. My overall day was memorable, and I will definitely stay there again.

While our experience with check-in was smooth, we had a poor experience with our actual room. The one-bedroom suite we had booked had a locked bedroom door that was locked from inside, and we were unable to access the room. Hotel staff didn't have a key for the bedroom, so we waited for nearly an hour for the door to be opened. Traveling with a child, I felt that there was a lack of urgency in getting the issue handled for us so that we could settle in for the evening. The hotel is dated, and the landscaping outside is overgrown.
