Only fresh fruits were bananas and apples.

Quick response to bathtub not draining properly. Proximity to Aventura Mall and adequate parking swayed my decision to stay at this property. Room without complimentary drinking water. 2 bottles therefore requested from front desk on same night as check in; they were the only ones provided. Not advised of hotel's policy regarding complimentary bottled water. Room not cleaned during 2 nights stay nor policy advised at checkin to avoid retaining left over food or trash in the room. No substitute offer given to provide fresh towels. Why are Room charges applicable given hotel's policy????? Bathtub not properly cleaned and drainage not properly functioning Complimentary continental breakfast and tea/coffee not hot After a day shopping, I prefer to return to a clean room with at least a bottle of drinking water. Doubtful I will return to this property

Quiet at location. I was able to walk in the mornings. There are stores nearby and the staff was very nice and patient. Everything was fine with me by son. Just had a problem with the chair in the room. A little dirty, but I told him he can put a towel on it. He said, no, it got blood stains, mother. So then I told him, don't sit on it. But the room was clean, that was comfy bathroom was clean.

Breakfast is very busy so be patient with the staff who are doing their best to keep up with the volume of people.

I always stay at Hampton Inns and this branch did not disappoint. The consistent cleanliness and friendly, accommodating staff of Hampton Inns never fails to amaze me! On top of these, they accept pets and my dog loved staying here - barf!

customer service was exceptional and it was in a pretty good location . everything was clean
