Aloft by Marriott Miami Aventura

I stayed in room 107; the window faced the building's central courtyard, where all the air conditioning units are located. The noise was insane—it was very hard to sleep. The description mentions soundproof rooms, but unfortunately, mine wasn't! That was misleading information. Anyway, I wouldn't recommend it if your room faces the central courtyard.

The rooms were nice. The water bottles that were available was really convenient. The location was great, situated in a very nice area and there are many restaurants to choose from right by the hotel. Over all we had a great time at the hotel!

Lovely hotel but they didn’t email me my receipt when I used the express check out and now I can’t email them to request the receipt! Please send me my receipt!

The hotel is pet friendly but as someone that does not have a pet, I would of liked to stay in a room that didn't smell like pets. The smell was overpowering when you opened the door. The bedding also smelled bad.

El hotel es muy bonito, el parqueo es gratuito y se encuentra en la esquina del hotel. La habitación nuestra tenia el baño tupido, a pasar de eso el hotel es muy bonito.

Secure area Hotel over used and not well maintained , carpets, floors and walls scrapped and damaged. Elevators broken. Over cooled and need to close AC joint and put towel under door even so got a cold!. Room size large but need renovations after so many years visiting still same.

I stayed at this hotel for 1 night, and my experience was very good. The service was excellent throughout my stay. The customer service team and front desk staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful whenever I needed assistance. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained during my entire stay. I truly appreciated the hospitality and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Thank you to the entire staff for making my extended stay enjoyable! N/A
