Great stay! Clean rooms, great staff and good pool and bar areas. The neighborhood is awesome with restaurants and walking distance to Aventura Mall

The hotel was very nice. Pool was accessible and the laundry was easy to use. The room was spacious and clean but could do with more storage. Swimming pool was good also. Travel to Miami was via Uber ($40) and took over 30mins. Local buses buses were over 1.5hrs to Miami. the Brightline train was a 30min walk. Not really near anything except the mall and racetrack (both a 20min walk).

Great swimming pool. Room was great could do with more storage but works well. Clean and staff great. Could get food and bar great. All good here. Great restaurants around and it’s a lovely new area.

The hotel is in a really great location for bars and restaurants. Easy walking distance to Target also. We stayed for the F1 Grand Prix weekend and was great for Ubers to the Hard Rock Stadium. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious.

This is Hotel is extremely well located in Ventura and extremely well managed by Brandy. The staff is extremely supportive (specifically Atifah) and this is definitely the go to place while travelling in southeast Florida between Miami and Fort Lauderdale. Will if you come back here.

While removing the sheets from one of the beds, we discovered a large dried urine stain on the mattress. This was not a minor housekeeping issue—it was a mattress that should have been removed from service and replaced. Had we not removed the sheets ourselves, we never would have known what we were sleeping on. When we reported the issue, the hotel offered to move us to another room or provide complimentary parking. In my opinion, neither response addressed the real concern: a visibly stained mattress should never be used for paying guests in the first place. To make matters worse, many of the towels throughout the hotel were also stained, which further raised concerns about overall cleanliness standards. The staff was mostly polite and did apologize, but cleanliness is a basic expectation when staying at a hotel. Unfortunately, this experience left us with little confidence in the property’s housekeeping and quality control practices. Based on our experience, my family will not be returning.

Excellent location near shopping centers in the area, about a 30-minute drive from the beach. The staff was very kind and helpful with everything. There was also a great bar and an excellent bartender.
