Everything was perfect

The cleanliness was extremely poor. The room was dirty upon arrival, with hair in the shower and a visibly dirty sink. The pillows were also very uncomfortable. Most concerning was the lack of security and responsiveness at night. During our first night, teenagers were loudly knocking on doors for nearly two hours, and no one at the lobby answered our calls. I reported the incident in person the following day, since I had been unable to reach anyone that night, and the hotel did provide a credit. However, the situation was very unpleasant and concerning, especially from a security standpoint. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

The quality of the sheets, and the bed were wonderful.

The cleanliness of the rooms, the hallways, the hydration stations throughout hotel were unsanitary, ironing board cover stained and dirty ironing board itself was unstable, Staff obvious of safety until it was pointed out. Very disappointed with my stay.

i have stayed at every hotel in aventura and this was my favorite for an overall experience

AC Marriott Hotel Aventura Florida: This is my second stay at this hotel. I liked that it was clean and quiet. However, when stayed the first time there was a problem with the air conditioner that it would not shut off . It would run constantly and after a while that was making me very sick. This time the air conditioner did shut off and go on automatically . There still seems to be one problem with it . The rooms tend to be very cold and the heaters on them don’t really work very well. It would be better if the hotel would invest in putting in heaters I the units, especially because it can get very cold in the winter season. Last year it reached down into the 30 ‘s in the colder season , in South Florida ( and in Aventura). Also, I wish there was a way to open the windows, that would be better. But I guess when they constructed the building they felt it was much lower liability to have it this way, maybe in case a child climbed out or some one left it open when there was a storm or heavy rain. The staff is good there , the manager is also very good, I believe his name is Mohamed.

Beautiful lobby and extremely spacious and clean Nothing!

We had to do an early check in and they only had the king bed accessible available so we just took that. We are really thankful to the staff for allowing us to check in at noon instead stead of waiting till 3pm as we were really tired from the flight. In general the stay was ok but the shower area was too small and not very clean. We have stayed in AC hotel many times and normally it’s clean it could be that the accessible rooms r used less often so it was not that clean

Nice reception. Room was a good size but there was no bathroom as such, with the sower and sink within the bedroom, which was strange. there was also no real possibility of obtaining a drink during the day time. Location is ok if you have a car.

Breakfast buffet was not worth $25 per person. It needed more variety. Long line for omelets. Should have had scrambled eggs already done for people that don't like omelets. No wheat bread, no oatmeal, no yogurt. Not worth $25! Coffee was too strong and no choices.

We went for the FIFA WC game. The staff were super helpful all around. A rare occurrence in today's hotel market.

Very clean and new hotel close to Aventura Center I would come back again
