The room is not cleaned daily, no one tells you this during the reservation nor arrival. It is a shame the hotels do not clean, change towels or refresh the room everyday

The manager was not helpful. I was not aware that parking is $25/night. Even though online all it says is “self parking available” it does not say “self parking available for $25/night” two different statements. They never cleaned the room. Did not bring fresh towels or turned the bed. I stayed over the weekend. AC needs renovation. Very loud inside of the room.

We had to evacuate the hotel at 2:00 AM because of a false fire alarm. People were smoking in the rooms. Staff was never available to answer questions. Hotel rooms felt dirty and poorly maintained.

Haven’t stayed in this hotel for years but the upgrades dress smell and cleanliness was GREAT! Staff were great especially the night gentleman who was serving a not so pleasant customer late into the night and remained very pleasant! Check out was easy and seamless.
