Very great experience all around

Revisar las amenidades antes de la llegada del huésped. En mi caso el secador estaba averiado y no dejaron espejo de aumento para maquillarse, que en mi caso son dos accesorios indispensables en mi día a día.

It was a wonderful experience!

The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained, room was very nice and clean except for the sheets which had some stains on them, but it was taken care of by the housekeeping right away.

Highly recommend this hotel if staying near Aventura. Will be back!

Clean room

In our room there was a noise that didn’t turn off. It was awful to sleep with.

It was my son’s birthday, the kind gentleman at check in arranged for a birthday surprise for him. The breakfast was outstanding, and the servers in the restaurant so friendly.

Lovely stay

Hotel is clean, beds are comfortable. Garage elevator access straight to the room is great. We will book again if we travel to this area again.

My second issue is that I was charged US $300 security deposit and promised a refund at check out, I checked out on Monday and I am still waiting on my refund Getting on to the hotel is very difficult
