Beautiful

It was perfect

The location was pretty decent in relation to everything we had planned amd the 24 hour gym was massive! I didn’t like the fact that there was NO free parking anywhere. They provide parking in the self parking parking garage that they still charge too much a night for. To make things worse our truck was too tall to fit in the parking garage which meant i had to valet our truck.. which cost even More. Luckily after getting loud enough they were kind enough to valet it for the self parking price..

Me encanto todo de este hotel, el servicio del personal es exelente, especialmente la joven que nos recibio, Estephanie. Los cuartos muy limpio y limpiaban todos los dias, la comida muy buena; fue una experiencia extraordinaria para mi familia !!!!

The place was clean, and the staff was very nice and welcoming. The all-you-can-eat breakfast was okay and had a decent selection. Most importantly, I felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The kids were able to move around the water park on their own without me having to worry, which made the experience much more relaxing for me as a parent. Overall, we had a good stay and would consider coming back! I was disappointed with how our check-in was handled. I booked two rooms and specifically requested Jack-and-Jill connecting rooms, which was granted. We were initially assigned rooms on the 10th floor with a great view. However, when we arrived, only one of the rooms was ready. While we were waiting for the second room, the manager gave the room we had been assigned to another guest. We were then moved to the 7th floor, which felt like a downgrade, especially since our original request had already been approved. I understand that things can happen with room availability, but I was disappointed that our confirmed arrangement was given away while we were waiting. Better communication and consideration for the original reservation would have made a big difference.

Exceptional

The water park is great however there many downgrades since our last visit. The lounge chairs and umbrellas are really weathered , mildew, sunken chairs. The pools are not visibly clean through out the day. The hotel its self is pretty well maintained but the rooms need a bit of maintenance. Our ac malfunctioned twice, the carpeting was stained. Some furniture had very noticeable wear and tear. The staff was very pleasant and helpful with all of our concerns regarding the room. Overall ok experience.
