Not exactly what we expected from a Hilton operated property.

Very nice overnight stay. Comfortable bed. Very clean but extremely noisy not a good place to stay if you want to sleep in.

It was a okay stay wasn’t too far from everything. I didn’t like we had to pay a $150 deposit and like $50 a day for parking. Of course you can’t park anywhere in Miami for free. Also, I was unaware the rooftop had been closed for 8months that was a bummer! But other than that it was ok pretty nice hotel for the weekend.

I received amazing surface from Yullia, Valerie, and Miguel. They were attentive and made sure I had everything I needed

good location and friendly staff shower and towel were dirty, the shower took 5 mins to for the heated water to run, loud fridge.

There was no laundry, no fan in the restroom. There was not enough pool chairs. There was only one ice machine and microwave for the whole hotel.

One elevator was out of service, room was small, thermostat didnt work, parking very is expensive.

Everything there exceeded my expectations. I truly enjoyed my time there and would love to come back again.

Pool had a roof over it. By the time you check in at 4 sun was down enough so it didn’t reach the water. Pool was chilly even in June. Very disappointed in that. Bar drinks were good but way over priced even during the “happy hour” .

Air conditioning didn’t work nor did the tv for the first few days but everything is clean and they eventually fixed our stuff
