The staff was so accommodating and able to resolve the issue with immediate action.

My coffee maker needed to be replaced and it wasn’t. Concierge gave me coffee from cafe.

Consistently clean & staff pleasant & helpful. This is the 4th or 5th time I've stayed here while tending to my mom in assisted living

Another great stay here the staff is amazing…!! I live in Orlando and come here for work and it’s always a great experience. From check in to the bar and pool staff… outstanding! There was a fire last night next door at another property and the power went out… staff handled it great they were accommodating with no power or elevator. Took care of the guests I’ll be back

I would recommend that it be advised on the booking info that the parking has a fee. Also would be nice if the breakfast had a variety of teas and not just black tea and chamomile. Think for a hotel it is not very difficult to have a nice box of assorted teas.

The room was clean, well appointed, the bed was comfortable. It was a bit unusual in that the front desk was separate from the whole hotel, different level, it felt rather disconnected from the actual hotel. We had a little trouble finding the entrance to the hotel from the parking. The room

The handicap accessible room was lacking accessibility. The beds were tall making chair transfers challenging. The shower was small and all the water ran out into the middle of the bathroom.

Clean, amazing staff, good drinks

It was easy to check in. Because of phone problems, I was given a free upgrade to a suite. The bed was very comfortable. The handicapped parking, which I need, is conveniently located right next to the elevators. The room smelled weird. My bathroom had several problems which I did let the front desk know about when I checked out. The shower door wouldn’t stay closed, so I needed almost every towel to mop up the flooded flood. The stopper in the sink was stuck in the down position so I had to put my hand in nasty water to try and pull it up enough so the water could drain. I didn’t know it wasn’t dreaming until after I spit my toothpaste in there. There are no regular cups, only coffee cups to use after I brushed my teeth. The room needs updating. It looks a bit run down.
