The staff members were very friendly, they did not hesitate to have any concerns addressed. The rooms were tidied daily and the cookies at reception daily added the final touches to exceptional customer service.

States 5 nights. Free parking is a plus. Room was clean. AC was very loud. Paid for queen size beds and got full size. Breakfast was mostly enjoyable. Staff were pleasant and accommodating. House keeping did well. Soap pump on bathroom wall by face sink falling off. Gym was very clean and well maintained. Sis not use the pool. Coffee and hot chocolate available all day. Nice!

We enjoyed the nice location near Adventures mall, quiet neighborhood and excellent breakfast.

I would like to thank the youngman that checked us in on July 29 in the afternoon. He was helpful and friendly from day 1. He made us felt welcomed and appreciated and very informative. All the best in your endeavors.

I was very satisfied with the room. Solid choice if you want to stay in this area for a few days.

The only problem we had was that we paid for three to be people in the room and we were only given two bath towels and had to ask multiple times (5 times during a 3 day stay) for one more bath towel which we never got. They kept saying they would bring it “in a few minutes” and they never did. How hard should it be?

Staff was great, check in was easy, and ample parking spaces!

Breakfast could have been better, the Western omelettes were dry.

Very good hotel with nice buffet breakfast and frèe parking. Very clean and very professional staff. I highly recommend it.

Only fresh fruits were bananas and apples.

Quick response to bathtub not draining properly. Proximity to Aventura Mall and adequate parking swayed my decision to stay at this property. Room without complimentary drinking water. 2 bottles therefore requested from front desk on same night as check in; they were the only ones provided. Not advised of hotel's policy regarding complimentary bottled water. Room not cleaned during 2 nights stay nor policy advised at checkin to avoid retaining left over food or trash in the room. No substitute offer given to provide fresh towels. Why are Room charges applicable given hotel's policy????? Bathtub not properly cleaned and drainage not properly functioning Complimentary continental breakfast and tea/coffee not hot After a day shopping, I prefer to return to a clean room with at least a bottle of drinking water. Doubtful I will return to this property
