Richard's Motel Extended Stay

Es muy tranquilo

The place is well maintained. The room was very clean. Parking spaces were available. I like the fact that the room I had was equipped with microwave, refrigerator, stove, and toaster. Most of all, I had no issues with loud noise or doors being slammed.

Nice

Furniture is kind of obsolete. Wifi is ok but TV contents are too poor.

Thank you. My room was very clean and comfortable, and close to Aventura where I needed to be. Thank you.

Just make sure you go to the right Richards, one's pet friendly and one's not.

Great service.

Nice , quiet, peaceful & clean

The room was clean and comfortable, and the decor was up to standards. The room didn't smell like cigarettes, and there were no water marks on the wall, which was a big plus for me. Great place to stay

it location was perfect for me

First time there, was pleasantly supprised how nice grounds were kept. The room smelled as thought it was just cleaned. More than ample space. Would stay there again.

I guarantee 💯 you won't find a better ,cleaner more welcoming, quiet place anywhere in Florida at the rates and prices Richard's offers .The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and the way you'll want your place of resting to be

The vibes, nice and cozy

Great location anc great service I love it

Location The lady who’s working the counter. Extremely rude. Seems like other reviewers had the same issue. Definitely a Karen type individual who seeks to inconvenience people of color.

La propiedad es segura, creo que es sólo más importante. Siempre todo limpio.

I loved it, Room was very cozy, and clean, the lady at the front office was very helpful and nice and the rate was really good too, I'm defintely coming back again and recommend it 100 percent
