Don't stay here. Just don't. Spend a little more and get a decent room somewhere else. For starters the AC is so LOUD that you won't really get any rest. Bring earplugs. Can't have visitors.. what the heck? I just stayed for an afternoon for a last minute visit to Hollywood, had no intention to stay overnight, thank God. But yeah, neighborhood is a mixed bag at best. Kinda run down, front desk not very helpful, it was raining outside but only one person was allowed in the lobby. $50 deposit only in cash, which is very inconvenient. Bad vibes all round.. avoid.

If you got extra $50 to add, and get a decent hotel for about $100, go for it. Other than that, this gives you a roof, soft bed, and a hot shower. Walls were kind of sticky, like it was recently painted (but it wasn’t.) The head board on the bed was also same feeling as the walls (not as bad.) Found a German roach climbed out of the TV stand, at night. Bed sheets had old burn marks in few places, hair here and there on the main bed sheet as well. Old smell in the room, not sure if it’s the building (room it self,) furniture, or the bed (entirely.) But again, for $50 a night, I can’t complain much 🙃 It could have been worse.

Location I would strongly recommend reading reviews about this property before booking. I extended my stay for an additional day, but I was then told that I had to leave by 11 AM and check back in later, which was very inconvenient. When I tried to get help from the manager, I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously or handled professionally. Overall, the business appears to be poorly managed, and the way the situation was handled was very disappointing. I hope future guests take the time to read the reviews carefully before making a reservation.

I had a room to stay in I was charged a $50 deposit online for the booking and also when I arrived also the walls are very much thin and you can here your neighbor can here u or u can here them

Staff was very nice. Room was very small muggy, comforter was full of stains and cigarette burns. Railings were sticky not very clean place smells aNot recommended for travelers with kids or babies.

Distance from work Floors would be wet, like actually wet every day. like from moisture from the humidity. even with the temperature controlled with a/c, it would make the floors unwalkable. i had to lay multiple towels just to walk from the bed to the bathroom. Idk how it can get so wet like that sometimes with the a/c running but it made the bottom of my feet disgusting

It's always enjoyable for me to stay at Richard's Hotel with the wonderful staff always. Will stay again!!

The staff is always wonderful and takes good care of me which includes Shawn, Jennifer, Steven Cristina and Ty. They're the best in the business.
