The staff is always wonderful and takes good care of me which includes Shawn, Jennifer, Steven Cristina and Ty. They're the best in the business.

Thank you Jennifer, Shawn, Ty and Steven for always making my visit to your hotel very enjoyable.

I stayed at the property for four nights I paid for them online and every morning I had a problem with the property saying that I shouldn't be reserving my room online otherwise I will have to check out at 11:00 and come back at 4:00 for the room even though I had paid in advance at least a day on every reservation I didn't understand this

It was in a great location for me not far from downtown and all the bars easy to walk to or just jump on a Uber for a few dollars the staff were very friendly and answered any questions I had

This is transitional hotel lots of people moving to Florida living there rooms were clean but they don’t even have a reception area you have to stand outside in the sun to check in this will be my last time staying there.

Staff was very friendly and helpful

The only good thing was that the parking was right outside my door. This hotel is more like a four-hour motel. I had to change rooms twice before they found one without stains on the floor, dirty sheets, working A/C, or a leaky fridge. The pictures on Expedia are very misleading, as well as the locations, as there are three locations all within a six to seven-block vicinity, and the hotel where I stayed has issues.

Room was not clean the fllor made my feet black there was no towls and there was junkies everywhere. And the fact coming to vist and our grandkids couldnt vist wasnt cool.

It met our needs, just moving storage from Miami to Georgia. It was okay

I would say here again.

Good stay, good service. Remodeling the building would make it much better.
